I’ve used Tiny Explorers for the cares harness several times now and the service is so helpful and super easy to use! Absolutely love the service and definitely recommend to anyone looking for similar

I’m sure this service works fine when everything goes to plan, but if anything goes slightly off track, my experience as a customer was unnecessarily difficult - so just something to be aware of:
- I received an item that appeared damaged and flagged it straight away.
- When we couldn’t verify when the damage happened, I accepted that and asked what happens next and whether I needed to pay for it.
- I was told to “replace it”, so I waited for an invoice assuming that’s how it would be handled.
- When the invoice came through it included VAT - and ended up much more expensive than if I bought it myself, so eventually it was made clear to me that this was, in fact, an option, so I bought it myself.
- They did not tell me to get it delivered straight to them.
- As I had already paid for a return service, I assumed I should use that and had it sent to myself so I could return it in the expected way.
- I then asked them about this, because I could alternatively update the delivery address and get it straight to them instead.
- I didn’t get any response, which meant I missed the chance to send it straight to them.
- Because of that lack of clarity and their delayed responses, I was then asked to pay additional delivery costs out of pocket to get it to them.
- When I asked if they could cover that, I was instead told I could be invoiced, charged additional rental, and that debt collectors could be involved.

This was my first time using the service, and there didn’t seem to be any willingness to resolve things reasonably or retain me as a future customer. They’ve had the item replaced and my rental fees, meanwhile I’ve bought a brand new item I didn’t even want (but of course, it’s damaged) and I have to pay extra costs to get a replacement to them because they didn’t give me clear instructions throughout. Overall, it just felt like a poor customer service for something that could have been handled much more simply! Next time, just explain your processes clearly. When I asked if I needed to pay for it, this reply would have sorted it all out: “Please buy a new one from their website (here) and send it directly to (address). This will be much cheaper than us invoicing you a replacement. Please forward us the confirmation email so we can track the delivery. Thanks” - This saves potential future customers extra money and effort (and apparently escalation threats).

Couldn’t recommend enough !! Absolutely fantastic service if i could give 100 stars i would ! I have a autistic 8year old son who is very temperamental so having having this buggy to take away for our easter holidays was a life saver as the other kids could still carry on when their brother no longer wanted to participate, as in the past we have all had to call it a day so being able to pop him in a secure age appropriate buggy with multiple safety harnesses was honestly a god send !! i will 100% be a returning costumer, delivery 10/10 Pick uo for return 10/10 thank you soo much for your service

Tiny Explorers are amazing ! They were so incredible when I was keen to rent two plane pals ( which are also so great for long distance flights with little ones in tow!) very last min. Can’t recommend them enough !

Fantastic service, borrowed a plane pal which made the long plane journey comfortable. Wish I knew about tiny explorers earlier.

First time using Tiny Explorers, we needed a carseat for a holiday, and everything went great!

I found the hiring lengths were generous in that I booked a couple extra days at both ends to give myself a buffer and it didn’t increase the cost. The carseat then arrived early anyway, and was in great condition. The team also responded fairly quickly and were friendly when I asked a question over whatsapp about returns.

The only suggestion I’d have to make it even easier would be to offer a collection option for dpd returns (even if it meant a (smallish) fee) as the carseat box was pretty bulky to take to the post office. Even still it was great for us - thank you!

Superb communication with company. Messaged on Whatsapp - very quick to reply and change the rental dates.
The plane pal was absolutely excellent. My 4 year old slept the whole overnight flight.
Would highly recommend both the company and the product.

Very easy to organise, excellent communication and much more convenient than having to buy a buggy for 1 trip!

I hired the self inflating Plane Pal for a trip with my 3 year old to Singapore and Australia. The cost of buying one seemed a bit much so hiring one seemed like a good option, and it worked out perfectly. There were a few to choose from but I opted for the slightly more expensive self inflating version which was worth every extra penny. My son was able to stretch out so much more on the flight, and as a particularly wriggly sleeper, he ended up with his head on it a few times - which of course he would have struggled with without it.
We had no issue on any of the flights, stewards were more than happy for us to use it on all flights (window and middle aisle seats). It also made an extra space for my son to play with his cars while he was awake.
The service was excellent. My order arrived a couple of days before I’d stated it was required, well packaged with clear return instructions and packaging to do so. The item itself appeared brand new and had full usage instructions. The returns process was very simple - put it on the bag and take it to the post office. Done.
I’ve already recommended Tiny Explorers to a few friends as a brilliant alternative to forking out for expensive accessories and I’ll definitely be returning ahead of our next long trip.

We've used tiny explorers twice and can't fault them at all!! Would recommend and their customer service is also on point ... everything was straightforward and super simple with them on the end of a WhatsApp for anything we needed.

I was planning on acquiring a planepal which we will be needing shortly but was actually out of stock. The team promptly contacted me and offer a rental one instead. Product came quickly and the service is super helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Tiny Explorers is a great website offering a strong service. We used their rental service for our holiday abroad and it worked seamlessly. The delivery was on time, the product was in great condition & they were really helpful with the return of the product as well. We have already recommended the website to others and will be using ourselves again in future whenever we might need!

Honestly I am SO impressed with this business. What a fantastic idea. It was also cheaper than other rental businesses. We rented the bugaboo butterfly for a trip to Lisbon with our 7 month old. It was absolutely fantastic. We will be renting again as the whole service was seamless.
