I hired the Stokke YoYo for a two week holiday abroad. The ordering process was fast, simple and affordable.

The buggy arrived exceptionally clean and showed minor signs of wear. It also arrived with a travel bag and arm strap perfect for the airport.

There’s also a WhatsApp channel for any concerns, refreshing to talk to actual people and not AI.

I’d definitely use again and will be sharing to the mum chat.

Recently used Tiny Explorers for a Doona buggy to make it easier for our holiday. The buggy came in good condition, it was easy do use and the return was very simple.

I never realised you could hire/rent baby equipment. It is such a great idea. It was easy I find the product (spectra 1 breast pump) and it came so quickly. It all meant I could start my pumping journey after midwife told me to 'top up'. I could support my baby in the early days of his life.

I didn't know if I wanted to buy the product as it's was expensive. I wanted to try it first.

Item was as described but arrived without instructions.
Return process could have been clearer - received conflicting instructions plus a returns postal bag that was way too small for item. Contacted the team via email and unfortunately a response was not received (I did eventually get a response via WhatsApp)
As the multiple requests for a review state this is a growing business so will put this down to growing pains but a few small improvements would make a huge difference

We required a specialised car seat last minute for our baby daughter who was due hip surgery - Tiny Explorers were super responsive in our query and helped us secure the seat we needed, where all other options/websites failed. The subscription is easy and auto renews each month until you no longer require the product.

For any parents whose baby is about to have hip surgery and are to be placed into a hip spica cast, we highly recommend Tiny Explorers Rentals for providing the specialised car seat you will need.

Fantastic service. Plane Pal worked perfectly on a long flight for my 2 grandchildren aged 2 and 4 and allowed them to sleep most of the way. Much better than buy them for a one off. Thank you

I’d strongly recommend checking the Google reviews before using Tiny Explorers. They certainly raised some concerns for me, and unfortunately my own experience wasn’t much better.

I recently hired a pram from Tiny Explorers for our family holiday. I ordered the Joolz Aer+, and the listing showed a black pram. Nowhere on the website, did it state that the colour would be chosen at random.

When the pram arrived, I opened the box to find I had been sent a blue one. I contacted the company to query this, expecting a simple explanation or some sort of help. Instead, I was met with the response “well, you can always return it.”

I found this extremely unhelpful and quite frankly rude. It’s not the level of customer service I would expect from a company that advertises itself as providing a great service.

My issue isn’t simply that I received a blue pram — it’s the fact that the possibility of receiving a random colour was not clearly explained when I booked, and when I queried it, the response from customer service was dismissive rather than helpful.

So if you’re thinking of hiring a Joolz Aer+ from Tiny Explorers, please be aware that you may not receive the colour pictured/listed, and I would definitely recommend checking this with them BEFORE booking. Or even better don’t order from this company.

Unfortunately, based on my experience with their customer service, I wouldn’t use Tiny Explorers again. It’s not just about the pram; it’s about how customers are treated when they raise a genuine concern.

Fantastic service. We ordered two car seats to rent for a week at short notice. Both came in impeccable condition, cleaned as if brand new and delivery/return was extremely easy. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first time using Tiny Explorers after being recommended them by a friend. I was so impressed with the service. The travel pram was delivered to me on time. It was so clean and in great condition. This was fab for my newborn on holiday. The pram was lightweight and easy to fold. Would defo use this service again.

Rented a light weight car seat for a holiday abroad. Booking was easy and the item was delivered 2 days before requested which was great as I definitely had it in time for the flight. The return was also easy, a really great service I will use again!
