Tiny Explorers Rentals Reviews

I came across Tiny Explorers on a random google search and I am so pleased I found them and ordered. We went to Florida to do Disney & Universal with our 3 year old and 7 year old and decided we needed buggys to take. We hired the Joolz Aer which can be clipped together to become a double. The pushchairs were amazing - we loved them. So clean - they looked brand new! We hired travel bags and rain covers and it made the whole trip so easy. The process was so slick AND the price was so reasonable. I have been telling everyone about Tiny Explorer Rentals - what a great business!

I have rented a pushchair for my daughter, staff was polite and helpful, I've get what I needed, was also a new brand pushchair. Thank you. I definitely will recommend them.
Thank you

I had a lovely experience with Tiny Explorers. I rented a Baby Bjorn bed, toddler scooter and helmet, and safety gate. All were clean, good quality, and in great condition and arrived on time. Tiny Explorers was also flexible and accommodated an order adjustment. The only minor issue was a 10-hour pickup window, which was resolved by arranging a drop off location. I will use this service again if needed

Very easy to order and smooth delivery/drop off. The pram and accessories were in fantastic condition and clearly cleaned well before dispatch. The hire of the pram made long-haul travel with our two-year-old and 5-month-old to the Philippines considerably easier! Highly recommend to any parents traveling with young kids.

Honestly the best service from start to finish they have thought of everything recommend so much

Super easy experience, they were always on hand on what’s app even on a Sunday so superb customer service! Throughly recommend for holiday ease!

Great services with prams in perfect condition. I had a slight issue with one stroller not being delivered. Can’t help these things with couriers. The business went out of its way to send me another one on a quick turnaround and kept in touch with me throughout the day to make sure I received. Returns process super straightforward too! Thanks again

Excellent service. We hired a stroller to take on holiday, it arrived to our home exactly as planned and the delivery service back was very easy. No complaints at all, have recommended to friends and will use again if the need arises.

We had such a great experience with Tiny Explorers Rental! We rented a crib and high chair, and both arrived spotlessly clean and in excellent condition.

Everything was delivered on time and the entire drop off and pick up process was completely seamless (delivered to our home). Communication was great throughout, which made the whole experience so easy and stress free.

We were extremely happy with the service and would absolutely use them again. 10/10 recommend!

Really great idea and both the car seat and pram we hired were in perfect condition. Having the small things to add on top was also so useful meaning we didn't need to over pack our cases and just have it all ready when we arrived!

We had a Snoo bassinet service. It cost £240 for a same day service that took approx 90 mins. I think it was over priced for what they offered and the service report after was basic with no actual photo evidence of what they carried out so hard to say if all of it actually happened. Service report also said my Snoo didn't rock before they serviced it which was incorrect so I think they rushed the report and maybe couldn't remember because it took so long. Communication also poor and slow and not overly polite. I wouldn't send it to them again.

Such a fantastic company! Have used a couple of times and will continue to do so!

The pram arrived smelling like smoke covered up by very strong airfreshner, it had lots of sand in all the pockets plus a box for blocked nose spray! The snooze shade was old and not the snooze shade I thought it was - another brand. I asked them this and they pointed out the brand in the photo 🤣although not mentioned anywhere in the title or description.
We sent all items back and triple checked they are now saying they didn’t receive one of the items and wanting me to pay for replacement . AVOID

Fantastic service that really saved me in the early days postpartum! When I needed to rent the pump for an extra month it was such a smooth process too and the customer service team is lovely 😊 will definitely be using again.

Second time using Tiny Explorers and we honestly couldn’t recommend them enough!

The whole process is so flexible and super easy, and the team are incredibly helpful with everything especially arranging the drop-off, which makes travelling with our baby a lot easier!

The prices are very good, especially compared with buying everything you only need for a holiday!!!

We’ve had such a great experience both times and genuinely couldn’t go anywhere else now! We’ll definitely be using Tiny Explorers for every holiday going forward. ❤️✈️👶

Amazing speedy and responsive service. I contacted them at 3pm on a Friday and had the item by 8.30pm that evening! They were super helpful and cheaper than competitors

Great experience with Tiny Explorers. We hired the Doona for a family holiday, everything arrived on time and the return was simple. Product also arrived in great condition.

Great choice of kids gear and a greener way to use it all!

We hire a travel buggy and various accessories from Tiny Explorers every time we go on holiday. The products are always super clean, the service is always excellent and we will continue to use them again and again.

Really happy with my experience with tiny explores and would highly recommend them! Super easy from start to finish and everything arrived on time for my trip.
