Product didn’t work for me at all. After months of use, nothing changed. Meanwhile, subscription kept renewing automatically. Felt like I was stuck.

I kept receiving refills before finishing the previous supply. It created a stockpile and unnecessary expense. Adjusting the schedule was difficult, and support didn’t help much.

Signed up thinking it was simple. Cancelling turned into a nightmare. Charged twice after I canceled. Support just sends copy-paste replies. Total waste of money

They assign you a "doctor"but I’ve never had a real conversation. Just automated messages. No one actually checks your progress. Feels like a prescription mill.

Went to a real doctor finally. he said the dose keeps gives is too low to do anything for most men. asked why I didn't just buy generic from costco for 1/4 the price. felt so stupid. cancelled same day. stick to real doctors guys.

I moved to a new apartment and updated my address in the Keeps system – or so I thought. The system glitched and still sent my order to my old address. When I contacted support, they told me there was "nothing they could do" unless I paid for a replacement. No free replacement like other reviewers got. I had to skip two weeks of medication. When I asked to speak to a manager, they just ghosted me. For a company that prides itself on "caring staff," they sure don’t care when you actually need help.

They promise results. They deliver nothing. Customer service is slow. No refunds. No real doctors. Avoid Keeps

Everything is fine as long as nothing goes wrong. The moment you have an issue – like a lost package, a billing error, or a prescription delay – their support becomes useless. I waited 6 days for a reply to a simple question. When they finally answered, it was a copy-paste response that didn’t even address my problem. I asked to speak to a supervisor. No reply. I’m still waiting for a resolution two weeks later. For a company that claims to have ëxcellent and super kind"support, this is pathetic.

Been on keeps for 9 months. my hair is gone. literally worse than before. idk what else to say. just don't.

The directions as well as advice were clear to understand. The process is easy and explain step-by-step.

The company is very professional. They are caring and have such a wonderful staff. My hair is actually growing back and im super excited to see the full results in a couple months.

My products are always delivered on time.

This company when you do not have the required medical consult will show it as if the held the consult and charge your card and auto ship their product. The will not refund you anything when they ship you product you did not request. They just keep responding with the same statement regardless of who you talk to and what explanation you privide. I will report this as a fraudulent charge since they somehow made a fake consult look as if it occurred. I will also report the medical inappropriate activity to the appropriate agency. Terrible customer service!!!
