I was actually kinda happy with keeps for the first year. not great results but at least my hair stopped falling out. then I moved from Texas to Colorado for a new job. updated my address online. order still went to my old apartment. called support. they said they cant replace it unless I pay again. I said but I updated the address!! they said "system shows it was sent to the address on file at time of order." so basically my fault even tho I updated weeks before?? had to pay for a whole new 3 month supply. then two months later they charged me again for the original order that I never got. had to dispute with my credit card. whole thing was a mess. I just cancelled after that. too much stress for hair that wasnt even growing back.

Everything is fine as long as nothing goes wrong. The moment you have an issue – like a lost package, a billing error, or a prescription delay – their support becomes useless. I waited 6 days for a reply to a simple question. When they finally answered, it was a copy-paste response that didn’t even address my problem. I asked to speak to a supervisor. No reply. I’m still waiting for a resolution two weeks later. For a company that claims to have ëxcellent and super kind"support, this is pathetic.

This company when you do not have the required medical consult will show it as if the held the consult and charge your card and auto ship their product. The will not refund you anything when they ship you product you did not request. They just keep responding with the same statement regardless of who you talk to and what explanation you privide. I will report this as a fraudulent charge since they somehow made a fake consult look as if it occurred. I will also report the medical inappropriate activity to the appropriate agency. Terrible customer service!!!
