Keepsake made it easy to fake a pic from my phone, send it to them, pick out a size & color frame and not wait long for the finished product which they did a great job on at a fair price.

I have ordered framed photos from other places, and ordered prints and framed them myself. The keepsake frame was easy, came out exactly as I expected, and was actually about the same cost as buying all the components separately and putting them together myself. I highly recommend keepsake frames!

Our apartment had a flood and a lot of things including walls were ruined. Finally everything is back ok and I wanted a picture of one of my pets framed really quickly so I could add it to the others which were unscathed. This picture was framed perfectly and blended in with the others. Price was right and quick turnaround much appreciated.

So easy to do...I have used Keepsake two times now and am planning another photo to be done. Their product is real quality. The time from order to receiving my framed picture is short and very prompt! Love them!

The app was super easy to use and I was able to find a frame very easily that my wife would enjoy. I was able to very easily surprise her with a personal gift. 10/10 would use again.

I'm in the process of redecorating my living room. I ordered four 18X22 portraits for my "family wall" and I love them. They were delivered in less than a week. They were wrapped and packed perfectly and each one had an easy to mount bracket. I will definitely order more in the future and will not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

With a belief that photos add warmth to a home, I have always had a selection in most rooms. I’m amazed by how they immediately attract new visitors; start conversations. I’ve ordered several from various sites, even more in the wake of the preponderance of digital photos, but this is my new favorite site. The site is so well organized, the prices great and the order process is a cinch. Plus the photo arrived in a couple of days. I’ll be back.

First time trying Keepsake Frames. Saw TV adds. Ordering was exceptionally easy. Communication from the company was friendly and efficient. Delivery was exceptionally fast for a business that deals in custom work. I was particularly impressed with their dropping of unnecessary background from the pictures. In sum, an excellent experience.

I wanted to send a family picture to my nephew as a house warming gift. I tried to print a picture at CVS with no success! Searched the internet for something already printed, framed, packaged and delivered! Great price for everything! Would use this again for sure! Easy to navigate and use website!

Saw these folks on a tv commercial. Decided to try them because local framing is so expensive. Great quality and timely receipt. Have used them four times in the last couple of months. Very convenient and great customer service.

I am totally pleased with your product. I have now purchased my second framed picture. The first one was just to see what the quality was like; the second is hanging on my wall. I was suspicious at first. I have worked as a photographer for several years (retired now) and have done some of my own framing. You can spend a lot of money and time on photo-quality printers, matte cutters, and shopping for frames, or even worse, trying to make them yourself. But you will not get the consistent results your company can. Congratulations on a great business idea and excellent product.

Took my money two weeks went by no frame emailed many times called the number two then canceled my order had to get my bank involved to get my money back customer service is plain worthless

I placed an order mid-December for a Christmas present. The order arrived broken. I emailed the company Support 3 times with no reply. I called the support number on the web site and got a recording. It simply sent me to the same email address that I had already reached out to 3 times. Customer service is NON EXSISTENT! DO NOT USE THEM!

I had to put my cat down a week ago and I happen to come across Keepsake Frames and thought it would be nice to commemorate his passing with a framed photo of him. I had a sweet picture of him on my phone and used that to get it framed. You would never know that the framed photo came from a phone picture. I loved the finished results. I would definitely use them again for other fur babies as well as human ones.
