Had a great time at the Australian Open 2025! Paige was very patient with my lack of computer skills and we had fabulous seats for the round of 16 AND the quarter finals as well as grounds passes 2 other days. The hotel was in walking distance to the venue but we took a tram part way most days. Nice pub across the street from the hotel also. I’ll definitely go again in the future! Thanks KPT

Ross is always on the end of the phone if you have any questions or issues. He also is there for general advice. I asked for an aisle seat and no bother I got one. The standard of event in the Rose Garden is exactly what I would expect. Don’t go imagining that it’s like a table at the Lock or a chophouse. But the staff are excellent, fresh food aplenty and the music is great. If I wanted a sit down meal perhaps on a mixed table I would book a different venue in the ground but I must have done Rose Garden 10 times now and always enjoyed the informal atmosphere and great service . I’ve been on my own and with pals , it doesn’t matter a bit it seems to work here. Thanks again Ross and your colleagues.

We took some customers to The Gate at Twickenham and couldn't have wished for better. The service and food were excellent, the surroundings and atmosphere were perfect. Being at a Six Nations match at Twickenham has to be one of the best experiences you can have. The seats for the game were in a prime position and made for a truly unforgetable and unmissable experience.

Booking with Keith Prowse is always so easy and Emily our account manager is the best. Seamless experience and preferences taken into account each time with great results.
Food and drinks absolutely fantastic both in The Lock and East Wing and lovely surroundings in which to enjoy pre and post match hospitality whilst match seats are great too.
Hostesses and waiting staff are lovely too. Thoroughly recommend the experience and booking through Keith Prowse and Emily is always a great experience.

Another great experience in the Rose Garden we were very well looked after with plenty of street food, pizzas and of course Guinness.

As always with the team at Keith Prowse nothing is too much for them. Their offering of hospitality, the service received before, during and after is exceptional, our guests always have a wonderful time and this is testament to the time and effort put in by all at Keith Prowse.
