Sadly I didn't read the reviews until I had been waiting for 10 days for my order to arrive. I believed it was coming from Spain. It was finally despatched from China, even though I had, prior to the notification of despatch, requested cancellation and a full refund.

The dress arrived yesterday. It doesn't match the image used in advertising materials. The fabric is cheap, it's a different shade to the colour i ordered, and is not something I wish to wear. I have been advised by the company that it will cost £30 to return the item. I have negotiated and recently received a 50% refund.

I have a dress that I can't wear, and it's cost me £40 and several weeks of stressful emails to get to this point.

This company is using dubious practices, and misleading advertising. How do they get away with this?

I ordered an evening dress from this company, but the item I received was of very poor quality. It had no lining, the stitching was incorrect, and although I ordered a medium, it appeared closer to a small.
I attempted to arrange a return and refund, but was told I would need to send the item back to China, despite the website stating the company is registered in Spain.
I am now pursuing a chargeback through my credit card provider, as my emails are being ignored and I have not received a refund

Avoid this company at all costs.
They are a complete scam, sending rubbish quality clothes and then refusing to accept returns or refund your money.
They offer a percentage back but I’m still waiting.
This will teach me to check reviews.

THE ITEM ARRIVED WELL BEYOND THE EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME. THE ITEM DID NOT MATCH THE PHOTOS, AND AFTER I WROTE TO THE COMPANY AND SHOWED THEM THE DIFFERENCE, THEY OFFERED ME A VOUCHER ON THEIR WEBSITE INSTEAD OF ACCEPTING A RETURN OF THE PRODUCT AND REFUNDING MY MONEY. TERRIBLE

They advertise a 30 day money back guarantee on returns but if you try to return a parcel their returns system is non existent. They try to offer a small percentage of the cost and you keep the articles. I have sent several emails and now they've gone silent. Sincere they are not.

RIP off, website looks good but usual Chinese rubbish behind it. No chance of refunds, no contact possible. Don’t be taken in please. I looked on Trust Pilot before I purchased but there were no reviews then. I wish I had known.

If I could leave less than one star I would. I ordered a dress. The quality was absolutely terrible. It looked nothing like the picture. It has taken me over 2 months to get a partial refund. They offered me less than half of what I paid for the dress to not send it back. Worst customer service ever! Do not shop with them

Do not buy from this company..I bought a Dress, which was expensive, it was rubbish quality a piece of tat! It's take weeks of communication with Kelsey&Sincere to obtain a return address..they tried to offer a discount or credit with them...I wouldn't buy from them again and regret ever making this purchase, it's been frustrating and stressful...insult to injury, I have to pay for the shipping back to China!!!

Do not buy from this scam company. Clothes take weeks to come and are not representative of how they are on the website. They are very poor quality. Returns costs are extortionate.

After three week wait the dress was delivered to an unknown greenhouse. It was found a week later. The dress I ordered was nothing like the dress advertised. Cheap interior copy knock off.their website looks excellent. But products are cheap and nasty. No way to return. Bank refunded me but have now taken it back because kelsey and sincere have said I received it.i suggested to bank this company needs reporting to trading standards. I can't describe how bad the item received is.fabric looks like umbrella fabric. Do not buy from this company

Very poor quality. I should have read the reviews first. Something I could have bought in a market for about £10 cost £80. Skimpily cut, very thin viscose type material. And having read the reviews I doubt I'll get a refund. `older and wiser. I am now awaiting a refund. the first offer was 20%, or keep the dress and 50% off next purchase. Second offer 30%. Third offer 40%. I have paid for a tracked return for a full refund as I'd not buy from them again (told to expect 4 - 6 weeks). The web contact address is Madrid. The warehouse is in China. Fingers crossed.

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR!! DO NOT ORDER from this company. Sadly I ordered 3 dresses at the beginning of April before seeing any of the reviews. This company should not be allowed to operate. They are total scammers! What seems to be a top end company in Spain are actually sending inferior quality fabrics and badly made products. I paid over £250 for 3 dresses. After experiencing similar “partial” refund offers, I sent all 3 back, not to Spain “as the warehouse is being refurbished” (another lie) but to China. They have been sat in Customs in Shenzhen since 17th April and Kelsey and Sincere will not in investigate. I have now had to open a case with Royal Mail as well as with my credit card company. What an absolute nightmare this has all been.

This company does not offer the ability to return your item for a refund so you are stuck with whatever you order. Do not order from KelseyandSincere. I would give zero stars if possible.

Dress didn't fit and ask for refund. They only offer a 10% refund. I should of done my research and noticed this is another Chinese scam clothing store.

I struggle to give this even a one star, parcel arrived late, it’s is not a quality product so tried to return. There is no telephone number so have emailed 4 times to which I have had no response. Please do not waste your time ordering from this company. Unfortunately I paid by debit card and have lost out.. I’m so cross with myself for putting trust in this company. Crooks

Ordered 2 dresses. 1 was fine. The other the quality was appalling considering it costumer £80. Have spent last 8 weeks trying to send it back for refund and just get an email stating we will give you 30% refund but not actually doing.
If I could give them less than 1 rating I would. Do not trust this company it their products

Again I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this so called company.
Items I ordered were nothing like I received. Poor quality and then when I asked to return them, the situation got even worse.
I agreed in the end for a 55% refund and keep the goods, which I will never wear.
A week later still not received my refund and are now not replying to my emails.
Absolutely disgusted as I spent quite a bit of money.
How do these people sleep at night .

This website is a scam and AI generated, do not order from them!
Ordered 2 dresses and when received they were not linen/cotton as described. However, I decided to exchange one and reached out to customer services who offered a partial refund or total credit as I wanted to exchange.
They are possibly tracking IP addresses as their website shows me that everything is sold out, but available to my husband who uses a different machine.
DO NOT order from this website!
