Literally a scam. They say they are in the Uk but they sell from china. They say you can return to the UK but they are lying. Report them to trading standards! I sent my return to China I will probably never get my refund...
This would be 0 stars if possible - terrible customer experience, items arrived late, do not look like the pictures and company not responding to any emails, phone not working, online links not working either.
When the order was processed, it said the product should arrive on Monday. Today is Wednesday and the product is yet to arrive. The tracking link that was sent does not work, their website seems to be down and their contacts don’t respond. It said the company is based in the UK, only to find out the order is coming from China.
Terrible experience. I will never recommend for anyone to order from them neither will I do that again.
The matching sets are very classy but I guess a little bit less trendy.

It says in AI that they are based in London however they are very resistant to receiving returns. Eventually they agree and expect you to pay for returns to China where they actually seem to be based. All very misleading. The clothes were ok but not worth the money or the hassle and if you think you might need to return anything I’d give it a miss.
