Too much waiting time in hot weather and secondly no AC inside the van. Had to travel all the way from airport to hotel sweating while it was first even experience as we just landed in Istanbul

The company put the wrong names next to our phone number on their system. Very confusing for everyone and caused aot of delay, in the rainy conditions.

Before I fly to Istanbul, did booking with kemp transfer and upon landing, observed stepwise instructions were posted to me over whatsapp. Following all stated steps, without word of communication, I safely reach to my hotel accomodation. I was in Istanbul for 5 days, last March 20 th, the Transfer fron the airport to the hotel was a bit of a dusaster, It wasnt well organized and we had to wait fot an hour, but on the way back, from the hotel to the airport, It was excepcional, the van was luxurious and It was punctual

Miscommunication for the meeting point. Then driver sent me a link to meet him at one place, and by the time I walked there, he moved two blocks away and told me to meet him there instead. Car wasn't cleaned from the last people that were in it, with rubbish in the back.
