Exceptional Customer service
The Lady i spoke with was exceptionally helpful. She put me at ease, even helped me set up the online portal and went through the user interfaces on the portal explaining where i can send documents to etc. She rectified my payment date and made me feel alot better and more in tune with my finances. Long processing and information asked for in dribs and drabs, gifted deposit from mother of client and uw asking for client birth certificate to prove connection to client but she has remarried and the name is not the same so how does that prove anything?

Dealing with Kensington Mortgages was straightforward for me. Their customer service was very professional and demonstrated good knowledge when handling my inquiries. However, my solicitor found it difficult to access the information, as everything had to be done manually as to using portal. The funds arrived on the day and at the time promised by Kensington Mortgages. Thanks!

Main dealings via financial asvisor
We have had no problems - our financial advisor does the leg work though. When called to discuss overpayments they did make it as complicated as possible to explain - 5 mins with our financial advisor had it sorted and understood
