Martin helped me get over my concerns over equity release.
I looked into it before Christmas 2024 and got cold feet.
So said I would think it all out.
I finally got back to him a few months ago and today after it all I got my payment through my bank .

Tom Walmsley has helped tread the complex areas of equity release, LPAs and will writing with relative ease. Interaction with me and prompt communication has helped enormously. I have recently entered a shared equity situation with my partner and I needed assurances that she could remain in our property should I pre-decease and vice versa. A property trust was the clear path we needed and his advice was spot on - something our solicitors never mentioned! They have taken over 3 months to have the title amended. Tom has rewritten my will in a couple of weeks after excellent telephone review. I cannot commend this company more.
