Absolute trash company. Customer service is awful, they charged me for an order that never shipped and could not even provide an ETA. Refund is going to take TEN days. 0/10, spend your money literally anywhere else

CANT GET MONEY BACK.

Ordered these sunglasses while i was away on vacation to try them. When i came home I tried them on, like many I tried them and they just werent my style. Nothing bad about the glasses or the people making them. My problem is that there is no way to get your money back youre forced into store credit or an exchange. The glasses were in my home for 1 hour max and put on one time to try them, they are in perfect condition and in original packaging. Why cant i pay for a return ship and send them back ?

do not buy from this company. I never got my product. multiple emails and canned responses and still no delivery. ZERO customer service

Just got my first pair from these guys, and they look great. Buying online I've had more than my fair share of pairs it didn't hold up well and felt cheap, and these are not only feel great to wear, they also feel really well made.

And I have to commend them for their amazing customer service. So many times when you try to exchange or return something becomes so annoying you just don't even bother. One email to them that I wanted to switch one of the pairs that I got for a different style, and he replied almost immediately sending me a link for the exchange which was easy as I've ever experienced.

I’m mainly writing this review to provide some balance for some of the negative reviews that I’ve read here that seemed completely unfair

I bought two pairs of Kiaura sunglasses for the price of one and when they arrived I was delighted with the quality – are they Persols no, but they work out at £60 per pair delivered and for that the quality is fantastic.

Shipment took a little over a week and when I contacted customer service with a question they got back to me as soon as time zones allowed.

I lost one pair in a lake on holiday and was so disappointed I immediately ordered two more pairs (buy one get one free again) - I had a couple of questions about the availability of different styles that Bernadette answered immediately.

My sunglasses have just arrived and guess what, they’re brilliant just like the last ones were.

If you take into consideration that they are £60 a pair, they ship internationally and work across different time zones, I can’t see why anybody would have anything to complain about.

They’ve just released ladies styles and as soon as they become a available in the colour that I want I’m going to buy two pairs for my wife.

Poor quality, heavy, easily scratched, and terrible customer service. Beware "fast fashion", it's all fake reviews and gimmicks.

The ordering process was very easy and informative.when I received my order yesterday, i realized I loved the fit and style of the glass of one , the other I liked but wished I had selected the preferred size on both.

I sent an email explaining my issue and got an immediate response for customer service , directing me to the proper site to make an exchange.

I very impressed, but it got so much better. I went on line, followed all instructions but each time I tried to complete, i got sent back to the start and had to do all over.this happened 3 times for 20 minutes..

I again contacted customer service, explaining my frustration, stating I was late for work and would complete later.

Was I shocked when Bernadette got back to me immediately and stated her apology and she would fix that and send me out a prepaid label to ship replacement back, which I just received.

In my opinion your organization will be a five Starr rating with associates like Bernadette. Please recognize her for me.

Customer service has always been great with me. I've purchased 5 Lautner's in different colors and am quite happy with them. I have a drawer of high quality shades, but I seem to reach for the Lautner row the most. Glad to have these in the arsenal!

They don't offer refund, only store credit but they don't disclose this until you try to return their poorly made sunglasses.

Took longer than expected to arrive.
The quality was ok, definitely looked cheaper than the premium brands but the equivalent of a £50 pair of sunglasses.
Neither pair looked good on so asked to return which was refused even after telling them which lawn they were breaking.
Contacted my bank for a refund and reported to trading standards.

I have read several negative reviews, so after initially ordering, I cancelled. But afterwards, I reconsidered and just took a chance. They didn't let me down. Shipping time was totally reasonable and, most importantly, the sunglasses they sent were exactly as described: polarized lenses, spring hinges, scratch resistant, and I think they look smart. My only complaint is that I wish I could just get one pair for £60 instead of the BOGO deal that is for £114. That is the only complaint, but the sunglasses are excellent and are now my new favorites. Also, the case and the little microfiber are unique and charming. The towelette has an island motif. The case is this leather triangular thing with magnetic closure, very different in a good way than any other case I've owned. FYI, I bought the glasses on June 30, 2026.

Ordered two pairs of sunglasses a month before my holiday thinking this would give plenty of time for delivery bearing in mind delivery was stated to be 7/14 days which was fine.
After a month and various emails the sunglasses never turned up, I was told they were still on there way and would be delivered shortly.
After having to buy another pair (from another brand) for my trip I got an email saying they had been lost in transit, I was told another two pair would be sent out but again it’s now getting on a month again, nearly two months since my initial purchase and still nothing…

For the money these sunglasses cost I would not expect this.
If you want your sunglasses the year you buy them I would recommend buying from somewhere elce.

Kiaura customer service was amazing. They went above and beyond to help me exchange my sunglasses. The Eichler and Lautner are great sunglasses. Some of my favorite sunglasses and people compliment me on them all the time.

Meh. Sunglasses are just ok. Worst part is the return policy. Can only return for store credit which was never stated prior to purchase. I won't ever buy another pair of sunglasses from them and I definitely won't recommend them to anyone.

Love the glasses. Customer service is great. I swapped a pair for another one, and they also replaced a pair I stepped on. Both we free. Neither were their fault. They stand by their product.

Just like numerous other reviewers, I've never received my order I placed on March 29th. Contacted them numerous times and have been told they will be shipped. Nothing. Good for those who have received their product. But for me it's nothing but a scam.

After a year of wearing and loving these sunglasses, one day I picked them up and the screw had fallen out of the arm hinge. I emailed the company to ask for just a replacement screw and they had me jump through several hoops and email exchanges. Making me send the same order info 3 separate times and then asking for photos in additional emails, and ultimately telling me they can’t send me a replacement part and that I can get 15% off of a new pair. They cost about 40% more now than when I bought them a year ago, so it’s still more expensive than when I bought them before. I shouldn’t have to spend another $150-$200 for another pair of sunglasses after only a year of use. You should stand behind the quality of your product and should be able to send me a small screw in order for me to fix your product that failed. It’s not exactly tempting to then want to buy the same product again now knowing that it will likely break and if it does you will not even send a part for me to fix it myself.

I can and will simply spend the same amount with a more reputable brand that stands behind the quality of their product instead of pulling this planned obsolescence scheme to sell more product.

At this point the 15% off simply is not enough. I’d either like a replacement part or a refund. I highly recommend just going with a brand like ray ban or persol instead.

DONT BUY I’m very disappointed with the quality of these glasses. They arrived not properly straight and feel poorly made. The plastic is not smooth at all and actually feels rough in places, which makes them uncomfortable to wear as they start to hurt after a short time.

Overall, they do not meet expectations for the price and I would not recommend them. The build quality feels cheap and not well finished.
