Awful company. As a small business I would never recommend them as they start taking money out of your account thinking you won’t notice. Would never recommend for anyone looking for a good merchant service. The customer service is also awful because they have no idea what they are doing.

They are very attentive with their customer service team. The machines are also easy to navigate. I loved the versatility of having both English and Spanish fluent customer service reps that can help you out.

Kibo Pay is the only merchant that our business could find that fit our needs! Everyone that I have spoken with have been fantastic. This company even paid our early termination fee for our old merchant services. I have dealt with Shirley at Kibo Pay mostly, and she is FANTASTIC! She goes above and beyond to take care of her customers. Everything she has said to me has been exactly what happened. I would give more stars if I could!
