It works! I had got a ceiling fan on Wayfair open box and it worked for two months and then stopped. My husband told me that all I needed was a new switch because he was able to hardwire it and make it work so it wasn’t an issue with the power going to the fan it was clearly an issue with the switch going to the power to control the fan. I was able to receive a refund from Wayfair due to the fan being defective and was able to keep the fan for free and loved it and all I had to do was invest $50 for a new switch for a $600 fan so not a bad trade. I’m glad the switch worked I hope it stays working!

The customer service from Kichler Lighting is superb. I was handled by excellent customer care. I love my chandelier and when it arrived one of the glass shades was crushed. I called Kichler and within 3 days the replaced shade was at my front door, no hassle only exceptional customer service. This is why I will buy more lights from Kichler. "They" understand people!

I ordered three outdoor lights and only received one. The website promised 2 day shipping for 2 of the lights that I’ve been waiting to receive for 7 days now. The order number shows shipped but there’s no fedex tracking number and I haven’t heard back from customer service yet, despite opening an inquiry. The pendant light I received is beautiful, and if it weren’t for the delayed shipping, I would be giving 5 stars.

Other having to wait on line to get to talk to a technician it was a great experience. Technicians were knowledgeable and very helpful. Patiently helped me diagnose problem and order the part I needed

Ordered my lighting fixtures they arrived promptly and look good. We replaced 18yr old fixtures, you can really tell quality has gone downhill, the old ones were solid heavy and well made, not so much now.

I have ordered several light fixtures and now a fan. The fan is fantastic as is all of their products. The only gripe I may have is that th fan "remote" is made to take the place of a switch, not an actual remote.

Ordered a dining room chandelier over the phone. Sales/customer service people were helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Box got delivered no problem. Fixture arrived in perfect condition. Pricing was excellent.

Ordered light online, it arrived in tact and had it installed. It looks great and throws off lots of light. Positioned well above a round table and really "lights" up the room.

It's perfect for the space. I used it in a bathroom and it is the right size and it looks great with all of the other fixtures. I was having trouble finding a light that had a black finish that would wasn't too big or too small. This fixture is perfect! Love it.
