Superb customer service.
First of all, the kits we ordered seem to be great. My daughter is very happy with them.
Secondly, I mentioned to Grace that it was for my daughter's birthday and the urgency of getting it on time. She kept in touch from start to finish and ensured that my daughter was not upset on her social day.
Thirdly, the customer service was above and beyond. We had a slight issue with one of the kits supplied and Grace made sure the problem was dealt with and more.
There was no being passed around, waiting on a phone for ages, explaining the problem over and over. No. One person, one email address, one message.
Sorted. No fuss and no drama. How you wish all customer service could be.

Would 100% recommend to anyone and we will definitely use this company again and again.

Ordered a kit for a Christmas present and the delivery company managed to make a mess of the delivery.
Kids football kit ordered and sent a replacement before the delivery company officially accepted it wasn't delivered to make sure the replacement was delivered in time for Christmas - which it has been.
The original has now turned up which they have said to donate to a local toy appeal rather than return it

This is my second time to order from them having order a couple of kits last Christmas for my sons & then again this year. Have ordered both international & club kits. Couldn’t fault them, the quality is brilliant & the customer service was exceptional when I did have a query. It does take 2-3 weeks for them to be delivered to Ireland so keep it in mind depending where you are. Would definitely recommend!

The Retro Arsenal Home Kids Football Kit, the Retro AC Milan Away Kids Football Kit, and the Spain Home Men & Kids Football Kit 2024/25  from kidsfootballkit.co.uk, and I was really impressed with the quality. The price was great as well.This company is top-notch. From the moment I placed my order, they kept me updated, and the delivery was fast. I would give 10 stars if I could. Ordered multiple times from this site and always over the moon with the kits. They are amazing quality, I was skeptical at first with how cheap they are but honestly you’d think they were full price kits from the home stores! The customer service is absolutely top notch, usually customer service takes 3-5 working days to get a reply from other places but not these- they reply the same day and Grace is so lovely and helpful. Such a smooth process. Recently ordered the Arsenal Kit with Gyokores on the back for our sons for Christmas. I recommend Kids Football Kits to everyone who have footy mad kids like me. I could go on and on, honestly I will always shop here now❤️

This company is absolutely brilliant! I ordered a xmas gift bundle which had two full kits in with socks and another xmas gift bundle with two adult shirts, and I couldn't be more happier with them!! They look amazing! I had constant updates regarding my order and always responded to me very quickly with any questions! I would recommend this company to everyone wanting to buy football kits! Such a great variety of kits, with a child that basically wears nothing but it can become expensive, kids football kits offer a great quality kit and printing (that lasts longer than club shop printing FYI) at an affordable price! Wouldn't get our kits anywhere else

Only ordered the one kit at first as wasnt sure what the quality would be like but honestly this kit was great quality and arrived quicker than expected.
