Don't waste your time with these folks. Customer service is shoddy at best; they are unable to keep the product in stock, and a subscription is useless because they won't have the product available.

I have been a subscriber with monthly recurring orders for years and have experienced more problems than I can even remember. Each time I reach out to customer service to inform them of my perspective as a customer, they reply with something to the effect of "Thanks for the feedback! Don't worry we are working to correct these issues immediately"

They have not been corrected and I have lost hope that they ever will be corrrected. Dont waste your time or energy.

I placed an order directly on Kill Cliff’s website on 8/22. I received no notification from Kill Cliff after a week that my order had shipped. Customer service has repeatedly told me that my order would ship within a business day with little or no detail on the issue. After three weeks of waiting, I’ve asked for a refund and I’ve completely stopped receiving responses from Kill Cliff’s customer service. Avoid this company at all costs.

We have purchased KC products for more than a decade and weathered the storm through terrible website re-designs and product shortages. But these shortages and excuses are wearing thin for us. We are on a subscription for a certain product and rather than informing us that, not just the one flavor was out of stock, but the WHOLE LINE was out, they charged our card a week ago and simply never let us know. CS stated that they were moving warehouses and it took longer than expected. - Had this been the first time, I would let it go...but it happens nearly every time the subscription ship date comes around. With so many similar products on the market, I think it may be time to try something else.

Product was great and shipping speed was impressive, but when I received my first two boxes some of the cans had broken open.

Tried tree different ignite energy drinks, all taste disgusting beyond belief I'm shocked it did not make me puke.

If you want the product forget it. 3 shipments sent in February and all three damaged. Never received my monthly shipment.

3/10/19 Update: Kill Cliff went above and beyond. I only asked for my money back for the damaged shipments in Feb. The refund was instant. Then they worked with the carrier to ensure my March product got to me quickly. There even was some extra Kill Cliff flavors to try. Let’s just say there customer service won me over and I’ll be carrying around my Kill Cliff rambler proudly. I support this product. Everything I’ve tried tastes great. They support a wonderful organization and they know how to treat their customers.

I have now received a response from Jerry Barker with KillCliff about some delivery issues they are having and now feel comfortable with Kill Cliff and plan to continue using it

I've been consuming Kill Cliff for years now, and I swear by it after a long run, especially in the Florida heat of summer. I remember when there was one flavor and one product: TASTY. Despite all of the offerings that KC has now, I still only use one product: TASTY...err...Blood Orange. Whatever. Bottom line: $h!t works.

Shipping is terrible! Always have problems getting it delivered. Product is great and your staff is great but the contract with the shipping company has to go! UPS it!

Good taste and enjoy it after a workout or for a little mid afternoon pick me up.
