This is a great sleeping pad. It's a little noisy moving around on but I did get a good nights rest on it. The thickness and R value hold up good as well.

Just been camping with the kilos blow up bed and pillow, had one of the best sleeps ever whilst camping I’ve tried all cheaper blow up beds and never been comfortable so decided to spend a few quid more… well worth the money

The KILOS sleeping pad is ideal for my backcountry trips—lightweight, packable, tough & comfortable. It fits the one-person hammock tent perfectly, and the built-in pillow is comfy while also cutting down on weight & space in my pack.
The camp organizer bag keeps my gear organized & accessible, and easily packable, which is especially nice when you have to pack up quick for rain! The canvas material is a little heavy, but it looks classic and will last forever. I waxed mine, and would like KILOS to sell a version that is already waxed for water repellency.

Ordered two of the Aerocloud sleeping pad elites for remote camping in Alaska. Read lots of reviews before purchasing (found trustpilot too late) But just like other reviews here, the pads would inflate nicely. But as soon as we even looked at the pad the valve would pop open and the pad would deflate. Luckily we were traveling through Anchorage and were able to buy some other pads which worked wonderfully. The Aerocloud pad needs to have the valve problem fixed. Very expensive lesson as these pads weren’t cheap. I would have done better with a dollar store air mattress. By the time I used them, it was too late for a return.

The camp light is amazing! Love how solit it feels and the magnets are strong. Very versatile lighting features. Would be useful in the next iteration that the lighting can be turned on during charging.

Really great product. Used for a recent backpacking trip at Pictured Rocks. Both the air mattress and the pillow are perfect for backpacking!

Excellent products. Sturdy and easy to put together also very small when packed away. very comfortable. Yes a bit more expensive than others but well worth it

The sleeping pad was very supportive and I found for the most comfort, I had to let some of the air out so it was softer. I thought the inflating bag was very clever but it took a couple of attempts to get it right. Main gripe is the noise the pad makes when I sleep on it with my sleeping bag. Really noisy.

Air clip fan worked great for about 1.5 years then completely stopped working and will not charge. Not worth the money and it seems like the company posts fake reviews.

I wanted to share a balanced and honest review of my experience with KILOS Gear.

I chose KILOS after reading a lot of positive reviews and felt confident that I was ordering from a trusted and well-regarded brand. My order was over £275, so it was a significant purchase for me.

Unfortunately, my experience with the delivery and logistics has been disappointing. The products were being shipped from China and took longer to arrive in the UK than the timeframe I had been given. I had deliberately ordered within the stated delivery period because I knew I was going away on holiday, but the order did not arrive in time.

Once I realised I would not be home, I contacted KILOS to try to cancel the order. However, once the products had left their factory in China, there appeared to be very little KILOS could do to stop or cancel the shipment.

I was particularly concerned about more than £275 worth of equipment potentially being left outside my home while I was away and being stolen. I therefore had the parcels diverted to my local Post Office rather than risk them being left unattended.

As I was away and no longer wanted the order, I have now instructed the Post Office to return the parcels, and I am waiting for the goods to make their way back to KILOS before I can receive my refund.

I appreciate that many customers have had positive experiences with KILOS, and that was one of the reasons I chose the company in the first place. However, I think potential UK customers should be aware that delivery from China can take longer than expected and, once an order has left the factory, cancelling or changing the delivery may be difficult.

For me, one possible solution would be for KILOS to hold more stock within the UK. This could allow orders to be dispatched more quickly and reliably, make delivery times easier to predict, and make returns or cancellations much simpler for UK customers.

This isn't intended to be an unfairly negative review of KILOS or its products. It's simply my experience, and something I think other UK customers should take into consideration before placing a substantial order.

We bought two of the armchairs to use very occasionally as camping chairs in June 2022. We had problems initially with one of the footrest brackets failing (order 11060 - notified on 09.08.22), so we weren't off to a good start. They have since been used for a maximum of around one week per year since so approximately 5-6 weeks of use. I contacted them in September 2026 as we have had the fabric fail on one of the side seams of the base of the seat. The fabric is quite thin and the stitching is not of good quality. I have a lot of camping and outdoor equipment amassed over the last two decades. I have seats three times as old as these which have not failed in this way. Kilos Gear will not accept that it is a product failure and are rigidly sticking to the 'wear and tear' argument. Considering we paid £181 for the two chairs and £60 for two footrests I do not think it is an unreasonable expectation that the chairs last a little longer. All they would offer is a 15% discount off of replacement chairs. It's laughable that they think we would waste more money.

This mattress is really comfortable and I enjoy the pillow that goes with it. Can’t wait to take it out in trail!

My order was recieved promptly, 2 chairs that pack down easily and into a compact package. They were purchased for use in our XP 1000 off-road. Very pleased with the chairs as they are surprisingly comfortable and sturdy. I'm 6'2" @ 230 .., very pleased with the quality. Highly recommended.

Good price for a good looking product! I haven't used the chair out in the wild yet, first trip in a couple of weeks, but it fits well and is very comfortable. I'm not a small gal and have a sizable behind, so a comfortable camp chair that is also compact and light is few and far between. I think I've found my camp throne.

Love the sleeping mat. Perfect size and height. I'm a side sleeper and found this mat comfortable
