KILOS GEAR Reviews

The mattress and pillow are the best I've had. Size, comfort, and stays inflated. This is huge for me because I'm a big guy. I took it on its maiden voyage to Yosemite backpacking for a week recently. Only issue, the mattress inflater is garbage. Pops out of mattress and is a slow process to inflate. It was quicker to just use my mouth.

J’ai reçu ma chaise et elle est confortable. Il me reste à l’utiliser. J’ai contacté le service client pour obtenir des informations sur la livraison et j’ai eu un retour d’information rapide

Item was exactly as advertised. Good quality. The torch actually does more than I expected. Arrived quickly

Great real time repsonses! No prolonged waiting!

Very happy with material. Delivery was a bit long it’s arrived in a very good state.
Thank you

I bought the AeroCloud Elite sleeping pad and pillow for an upcoming camping trip. I also bought a competitors product to compare, and choose which one I liked better. I chose the other product because it seems like it's better made, and is made with higher quality materials. It was also less expensive.
I still give Kilos a 4-star rating because they were very responsive and willing to return the product, as promised.

Everything went well from order to delivery. The fan and light are working well. Impressed by the quality. Will be great in the motor home to keep the dogs cool. Even took it with me for the dogs when I went out to lunch with a friend.

Quick simple ordering
Great peice of kit very comfy and easy to set up

Order product and then found I had a coupon for a “free gift with next purchase…”. Except, I had just made one! Emailed customer service and the added it to my order — no problem.

So happy with my new product! The camping fan is so quiet and efficient and was a game changer festival camping in hot weather recently. Also good for home for hot nights as it is so quiet. It's way better than your average portable fan.

Very happy with product although delivery time was quite long
Thanks

I ordered a camping pad from Kilos Gear. When I received it, it was not as advertised and was very noisy when you laid on it. I went through the return process within the 30 day return window. Everything is done by AI auto-response email. I shipped the new unused item back to them to the address they provided and it's been over 30 days since they received it and no refund.

Easy ordering, quick shipment of pad

Nice features, warm, bright and great design.
Haven’t used it on a trip yet but looking forward to it!

Great, light weight and easy to put together...

Easy to inflate and deflate. Packs down small. LOVED the 4 inch thickness!! Was able to sleep on either side as well as my back with no discomfort. Pad did not lose air even after sleeping on it. And the length was super for me, as I am 6'3" tall.

The chair is very comfortable, packs down fairly small and the adjustability is great. The only con in my mind is that it is a bit awkward to assemble. I'm sure it will become easier the more frequently I assemble it.

We have been on the fence about purchasing our light - but man are we thankful we made the jump! This thing is ridiculously cool!

Good, useful products that are well constructed and fit my need for sturdy lightweight essential car camping gear that take up less space than similar traditional camping gear.

The website was easy to navigate and order. Delivery was quick. When I had a question about my order, the customer support team responded quickly and answered all my questions. Can’t wait to use my brand new sleeping pad next month.
