I am in love with the Unity necklace. Kimai jewelry never disappoints. This is my fifth purchase from them and absolutely love it. I requested for a fast tracked shipment and they delivered.

I sent my necklace back to Kimai for a repair and modification. The service was first class. The Kimai team were responsive, efficient and very friendly. Luna was amazing, and everything was done swiftly and successfully. Thanks to the team in Antwerp for their outstanding service.

Waited too long (over a month) for the bracelet to arrive.

Okay so let me just say that as a woman who always sticks to good old fashioned diamonds, I wasn't sure a lab grown diamond would look or feel quite the same to me, I was worried when ordering a special made engagement ring because you can only get an idea of what its gonna look like, it came out AMAZING!! If you have any hesitations about buying from this company, put them to rest, the quality and craftsmanship put into their jewelry is first class all the way. Id also like to compliment the customer care and assistance along the way. They are with you through the entire process if you need them. I would give them more than 5 stars if could. Stunning amazing and beautiful is all I have to say!

When placing my order Kimai confirmed delivery in time for Christmas. Despite several conversations with Sidney and her staff and their assurances delivery would be achieved it was not.
