KLEENEX TISSUES - AN UNFORTUNATE CASE OF A DEPENDABLE PRODUCT (102+ YEARS) RUINED BY THE MANUFACTURERS FOR SHORT TERM PROFIT. Kleenex were always dependable tissues and one expected to pay a premium for them because they were the best... NO LONGER. Much thinner, only 2-ply, smaller and leak if one sneezes into the thin tissue and ARE THEREFORE COMPLETELY USELESS. Yet another shrinkflation rip off by manufacturers! The short sighted "fat cats" of the company will rue the day they destroyed a great heritage product.

Production issue with Trusted Care Kleenex made in Mexico.

The tissues in the 4-packs are not separating. I pull out one & 5 to 6 come with it.

I've noticed this before with at least two 4-pack purchases. All of these 4-packs are made in Mexico according to the label.

There's a production issue at this Mexico facility that is not being addressed.

i bought 48 rolls of toiletpaper.. and some rolls don't have pages. that is very annoying so 28 June! I sent a complaint. now, almost 3 months later still no decision, no cash back (would be about 10 euros) nothing. after sales is handled by another party Arbex, no idea what their added value is. I also called Page in July and the guy wanted to refund me but was not allowed to do so since the complaint file was with arbex. it's a sh*t story.

As a result of prostate cancer and the radiation treatment I became incontinent. I use Depend Guards for Men. Kimberley-Clark recently issued a new version to replace them. They advertise them as maximum absorbency. It is a complete lie. They are worse than useless. There is far less absorbency and they are much thinner. As a result they leak after, literally, a couple of hours so one has to change one's underpants. What a con!!

Lovely ladies, corporations believe they run the world - no - we do - without us they have nothing! Kimberly-Clark Corp thinks we’re stupid and won’t notice that they have cut performance of their pads by a third - narrower, shorter, thinner and enhance odour not prevent it. Therefore we are forced to waste more money changing basically layered paper towels called pads. Boycotts are extremely effective in teaching these greedy fools who are really in charge! PepsiCo learned this lesson two consecutive years in a row when they lost 1 Billion dollars for thinking they could charge whatever they wanted for their half empty Doritos/Lays. Their big solution was to reduce the price by 50 cents - I see another Billion dollar loss this year! We can do better in showing Kimberly-Clark the door. I have tested several brands myself and for me - Carefree is superior to the Poise garbage they are selling us. They protect a large portion of underwear, are thick enough so that you don’t have to change every couple of hours, and their odour control is outstanding. Their ultra thin pads come in super/long and regular - both are great depending on your size and leakage issues, and made with a pleasant feeling covering. I have never felt more comfortable and protected in the years I have had my incontinence issues. Kimberly-Clark you’re not the only provider and there is enough of us to affect your bottom line more than you could ever imagine - we’re about to scrape you off the bottom of our shoes!!!

The product I received was nothing like the product advertised that I ordered.After waiting ages for delivery I received a cheap nasty product that was nothing like the advertised one. No response from numerous emails. Do not trust this company

depend incontinence pads seems to be a big scam. I called this company to find out about incontinence pads for my Mum and was just given the runaround!

I purchased Andrex Supreme Quilts Toilet Tissue 4 Rolls from Sainsbury’s and one of the toilet rolls that I removed from the sealed pack looked like it had got mould on it - part of the roll was squashed with stuck crinkled layers of toilet paper with grey stains. Called Kimberly Clark customer service who were useless repeatedly asking me the same questions and offering a small voucher that can only be used instore and did not even cover the cost of the toilet roll. Have since switched brands and no longer purchase any of Kimberly Clark products including Kleenex and Andrex.

Poor quality overall.

I have bought Kleenex XL tissues for years. I have noticed for a long time that the quality now resembles the cheap tissues. They are so thin and flimsy now. Every time I take one out of the box the 2 layers separate as you pull.
I know there has been a lot of shrinkflation since lockdown and Brexit, but this is the first product I have noticed that has gone right down in quality. I am surprised that such a large company would produce something so substandard to their original product.
They’re not worth the money.

What, just WHAT is going on with Kimberly Clark products. The ANDREX toilet rolls just delivered in my shopping are no better than cheap two-ply brand that cost £1.99 for 4. ANDREX costs over £11, and they are as cheap feeling as the budget ones. ANDREX was thick and one could tell the difference in quality. But this what Kimberly Clark are churning out is utterly ripping consumers off. Will NEVER buy ANDREX again. EVER!!!

So, I've bought Kleenex Extra large tissues for decades, when people said pass me a Kleenex (rather than pass a tissue). Why? Because they were literally the best and superior to other products with 100 to the box. Now they are are A VERY POOR IMITATION of the original. Their only common feature now is their square area (perhaps!) Once called man-size and extra strong, with the all pertinent product details and information printed on the reverse of the box. They are currently an extremely poor copy of those from by-gone days. They tear in use and collapse into a mess if used more than once. The product details are now printed on the tear-away opening flap meaning that to be able to make contact or confirm details etc you have to either keep the flap (or be conned into buying another pack!). I am now searching through other makes to try and find a product that is equivalent to the robust original Kleenex.

My parents always used Scott toilet tissue while I was growing up, and I continued purchasing Scott when I had my own family. Since around 2015 I noticed differences in each pack of toilet paper I would purchase; it seemed as though Walmart had cheaper toilet paper in the Scott packages than Meijer or Target. Now in 2024/2025, you can barely get a full roll of toilet paper. This is ridiculous! Stop raising the cost and lowering the quality. I’ve had roll after roll like this, and I’m sick of it! Stop selling bits and pieces of toilet tissue.

Some Andrex Mega toilet rolls were found to be stained. EMEA Customer Services were apologetic and issued vouchers against a future purchase. A satisfactory outcome, but they have been penalised one star for asking questions that would have been answered if they had read my previous e-mails properly.

Have you cheapened your tissues? Normally i find them really good when i have hayfever during the summer months but this year they seem to just disintegrate in my hand when blowing my nose. Why is it that prices continue to go up and quality of products seems to continue to go down?

This brand has gone right down hill! I bought the 12x XL pack which is like sand paper and not bonded together right.
Very poor quality product and not worth the money, it's not even fit for purpose that's how bad it is.

Extra large 2 pack tissues have been of poor quality with lot’s of loose pieces coming out with pulling out a single tissue this has happened twice so far from 2 different boxes purchased from Asda , not nice having to clean up all these bits , Kleenex need to do some quality control checks on this product before sending them out to supermarkets.
