I originally bought the Kineon device with skepticism in August of 2025...I planned to sending it back after the trial period. I used it on my knee, shoulder and wrist to relieve pain from a very active life. It worked so well not only did I keep it, I have shared it with 3 friends who also have bought their own! This weekend as I was driving home from a very active weekend in AZ, I noticed my elbow really hurting. I had never tried it on my elbow, so I wrapped it around with the new strap the company sent me (after I broke the original from over use). The new strap makes it so much easier to use. After one 15 min treatment, by pain was gone for the remainder of the 4 hour trip home. I can't imagine not having this device that has allowed me to skip my Motrin and other pain relievers with a simple few min of treatment. Very happy with this purchase. Worth the money!

Noel was extremely helpful. She answered my messages at a timely manner and always asked if I needed more help. When I asked her questions, she gave me appropriate response and did not ignore any of my messages. This employee is also very polite. She is a keeper!

Less than a week out of the box, one of the lamps would charge only to 94% capacity. They lose charge quickly. Not cheap. I sadly bought through Amazon which makes it even harder for queries and returns. For the cost I expected better.

The warehouse was behind. Customer service kept me updated all the way through delivery. They offered to send me treatment instructions. I use it daily and I am tracking results for myself and them. I am truly glad I made this purchase.

Replaced my broken band no charge no questions asked

I had on earlier version (out of Warrantee) and they took care of me with a minor issue. Super nice folks and very responsive. I’m back to using my kineon love religiously on elbows and shoulders and I am able to keep lifting and playing pickleball aggressively!! (Without pain)

Great product. Exactly what my wife needs now.

I bought a Kineon Move+ for my inflamed knee and broken ribs. Studies show most benefits occur at the wavelengths of 600 to 700 nm for red and 780 to 1100 nm for near-infrared light for tissue regeneration, improved circulation, ATP production, and decreasing inflammation. This product's red light wavelengths are 660nm (deep red) and 808nm (infrared), so this is in line with the medically effective wavelengths. What I can tell so far: If I use it a bit longer (around 30 min) on my ribs, pain/sensitivity is dramatically reduced. This could be a sign of reduced inflammation. Subjectively speaking, I feel like the daily sessions are helping to accelerate healing in my ribs. I'm not sure it helps with bone regeneration (osteoblast production etc.) but science does show increased blood flow, lower inflammation, and better joint, muscle, and cartilage regeneration. I could imagine you need to have a lower body fat percentage in order to effectively target and reach deep tissue like ribs and intercostal structures so as long as your body fat percentage is lower than 20–30 %, I think you shouldn't have any issues (this is my bro-science-based opinion). On joints like shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, elbows, and wrists, this should never be a problem, as fat doesn't accumulate here very well. When using it on my knee, I feel like pain and inflammation are reduced as well. So far, I can strongly recommend this device and I will contiue to use it for any other sports-related injuries.

I have been diagnosed with lumbar disk bulges and have had major stiffness and pain. Although the advice on the website says it can take a few weeks at least to notice a difference from using the device, I found my back pain eased significantly with only a few sessions. The stiffness and difficulty straightening up went away, it was such a relief. I was in touch with some questions and the team was extremely helpful.
