I had i guy named feras who dealt with my case who i cannot fault at all as it was a difficult case and the 3rd party were trying to say my car was a write off when it wasnt and i didnt want it to be, feras bent over backwards for me throughout this with constant emails and calls trying to settle this which eventually got resolved in my favour, he kept in touch with me constantly with updates to put my mind at ease, really happy with this company and would reccomend to anyone in any situation where they can be of assistance, thanks again feras appreciate it mate

My accident claim with this firm started in 2020 and it got to and end in 2023

Wow,Mohammed & his team really did a fantastic job.
The whole process took alot less time than i expected,they secured a much higher settlement than i expected,and that was with me being very sceptical at the start.
But they really did their firm proud & i would "hands down" recommend them to anybody.

It’s taken a while with Covid and all, finally got some payment. Kinetic got there with no problems and got the best they could.
