Shame on you Gareth Kelly's team have failed to respond to my Serious complaint about THEIR secretary.

Leaving me feeling this way is causing me major trauma the way I have been treated makes me sad and feeling very helpless.
How can anyone treat people this way?
A cry for help just to be ignored by a law firm that vows to help familys that may be facing difficulties.
Please help me getting the answers a child and adult deserves to know from your member of staff in a safe place where I won't be assaulted, I won't be silenced by her attempts to ignore this very serious situation.

Beware, this is from absolutely honest experience.

They are absolutely dreadful as far as my conveyancing experience is concerned.

They are terrible at communication. There are many people that you deal with, causing problems.

They are slow in actions and communicating.

Most important, they are liars and thieves and bullies.

I'm taking action against these charlatans in every way that I can.......SRA for professional misconduct, Ombudsman for other many problems they have caused.

Absolutely disgusting firm of solicitors to deal with.

Any good reviews......I know not where they come from.

We had an excellent experience working with the buyer’s solicitor throughout the process. They were professional, efficient, and highly responsive at every stage. Communication was always clear, and they kept us well informed, which made the transaction smooth and stress-free.

Avoid this company at all costs!

They fail to follow through on the instructions that they have been given. My elderly parents asked this company to take care of their lasting POA, yet after 12 months & having paid in excess of £1,000.00, they are still waiting for everything to be completed.

They are incompetent, they lie, they fail to acknowledge the complaint within the deadline of 10 working days & then lie about having received the complaint that was handed to them by hand.

They have two offices in Wrexham, both are as bad as one another, they have no care about their clients, avoid at all costs, this is an honest review.

We have now raised a complaint with the SRA.
