Such a great company to work with! Communication before our trip was timely (we had to change drop off times). Staff was friendly when dropping off and picking up. I was given time when receiving the stroller to check everything was correct and the stroller was in good condition. Staff took the time to make sure I knew how to properly fold and unfold the stroller. It was such a great service and convenient to not have to worry about traveling with our own double stroller!

The whole experience was great. We had one less thing to pack or worry about on our trip. The location was easy to find in the airport. The checkout and check-in were easy. My only concern was that the stroller was a little wonky and veered to the right, making it tiring to control and push. I figure it was from the wear and tear of renting such a product. I would use the service again.

Such a great experience! When we first got our double stroller, after pushing the kids (5yr & 3yr) around for a bit, the stroller started making a very loud squeak. I emailed the company and they had a new stroller ready for me to exchange with at 6:30am the next morning ! It folded easily and was super comfortable for the kids ! I would absolutely recommend and use kingdom strollers again.

Kingdom delivered by double stroller and it was great to have at the hotel the entire length of our trip. We took the option with the rain cover and cooler which both came in handy at the parks! We would highly recommend. Strollers were clean and great condition.

overall the stroller was ok. it would stick a bit when trying to close it but we were able to get it to function for the full 5 days we were there. However the pick up and drop off really sucked. It was at a completely different terminal than we flew in and out of which made arrival and departure very difficult as there wasn't another return option.

Everything worked out well

We absolutely had no issues getting our stroller and giving it back. I was somewhat concerned about how “difficult” it could potentially be but it was a piece of cake. The stroller was in wonderful condition. Renting a stroller rather than bring one allowed us more room for traveling and now having to worry about taking up space. I’ve actually recommended this company to multiple friends with upcoming Disney trips who never even thought to rent a stroller. Thanks for the convenience of being able to rent a stroller and drop it off and pick up at our resort!!!!
