Kingdom strollers was amazing to work with and the pickup and drop off process was so quick. My family rented a double stroller and the buckle on both sides fell off twice, once causing my baby to slide down pretty quickly. We notified kingdom strollers and they apologized and were quick to refund us half of our money with no problem. Would definitely rent from them again!

I had the absolute BEST experience with Kingdom Strollers! I rented a double stroller as well as a portable toddler bed. Both items were in immaculate condition and were just what I and my family needed. Dropoff and pickup went smoothly and they were right on time. I would recommend Kingdom Strollers to everyone! I will most certainly use their services again the next time I vacation in Florida! 10 Stars!!!!

Perfect, exactly what we needed for our family trip to Disney. The stroller rain cover and cooler came in handy too! Pick and drop off was easy and convenient.

Kingdom Strollers was so easy and the best decision for our Disney trip. The stroller was practically new and much more comfortable for our son than the hard plastic strollers at the theme parks.

Everything was as expected. Very easy to use service and we would definitely use them again for a future Orlando trip!

Kingdom strollers were so convenient and easy to work with. We rented the double city mini. They showed up exactly when they said they would to drop off and pick up the stroller. And drop off pick up was so easy, just take the stroller and go! We also had a change of plans with a change of hotel and arrival time, they were very responsive to my emails and changed the stroller drop off time to what worked for us. Strongly recommend.

Delivered directly to the hotel before we even got there it was there waiting for us. Had a wheel that wasn’t cooperating so I emailed the company to let them know about it. Within a few hours they had emailed back a solution. New stroller was there the following morning. No headaches! Great customer service. Would use kingdom strollers every time we come to the Orlando area.

Renting the double stroller was so worth it! The stroller was at the hotel when I got there. The whole process was easy!

Great experience with Kingdom Strollers!
Easy drop-off and pick-up. Stroller was in great condition and easily fit my 5 year old and 1.5 year old.
My only wish was that the stroller could have been left with the Disney Resort guest services, but that may be on Disney's part.
Would definitely rent from Kingdom Strollers again!

We booked Kingdom Strollers in advance and they arrived right on schedule. On our walk back to our room though we realized the stroller had a big pull to the left. I emailed them to let them know and I had a response within 15 minutes where they apologized and said they’d have a replacement for us first thing in the morning the next day. They even let us change our return time at the last minute and we’re prompt in picking up the stroller. 100% satisfied, the BOB unit we used was awesome, smooth, and had tons of storage. I would highly recommend Kingdom Strollers.

This is our third time renting from kingdom strollers. Always a great experience. I love the ease of drop off / pick up at the resort. I also love the free rain cover and cooler. I will continue to rent from them when in town! Thanks kingdom strollers!

We rented two double strollers for our recent trip to Disney. There were two 4yo’s, 1 2yo and an infant so many things to carry plus our waters and such. It was just what we needed! We had pick up and drop off at our location which was Disney Wilderness and we were even able to transport them easy enough on our golf carts. Strollers are lifesavers and not having to lug them on the plane was even better!

Awesome service, and brilliantly quick customer service. Have used twice from the UK and wouldn't use anyone else!
