This isnt a nice review. You dickheads tried to charge me twice. Never shipped my order, i sent an email and received no reply. Tried to charge me another £30.

I ordered two pairs of shoes over £700…
I ordered two pairs of shoes over £700 but made a mistake by not putting the business name of where it was to be delivered to but it had the right address and my name on it. I got confirmation that it had been delivered but did not recognise the picture where they delivered it to and the person's name that received the delivery and in the picture that dpd send you as proof of delivery the tape has been removed from one of the boxes and is open. Have been in contact with customer service and they said they had sent me a email at 11.00 am today which I never received. And now they are saying because I forgot to put the name of the business on the address that they have delivered it to the right address and are limited as to what they can do and are not even bothered that I have potentially just spent £700 for something I don't even have. I will not recommend or be purchasing from them again and feel as a company they could do more to put this right with better customer service.

I'm sorry you're having issues with your order, it has been sent and delivered to the exact address you provided us. You have ordered to a business park so there are multiple business' on the industrial estate.
We have advised to ask your neighbours but you have explained you don't have time unfortunately we can only deliver to the address that's provided on the the purchase order.

Pretty good service, found them on instagram and ordered from there twice so far, no problems, ordered stone island and nike jordans, will use again in the future hopefully they stock more!
