We rented an Audi R8 V10 spyder in Berlin. Customer service was excellent leading up to delivery while Chris was very punctual (early) and friendly, delivering the car. The R8 itself was amazing and ran perfectly with no problems. We definitely hope to rent from King rent again!

We were very pleased with the car, but doing business would have been even more easier and more clear if we have had only one clear contact person and her personal phone number. Now we were in contact with two different persons and sometimes they asked different things from us. And it would be also good if we have had that one persons own phone number, now we were calling to this common phone number where the custom servicer wasn't on the map all the time. Even that she didn't know for sure how things were, the custom service was polite and nice, and she tried her best, what was nice :) After all, this was a nice experience and we would recommend your company to our friends

We got high-quality service and very helpfull assistense from the very
beginning while choosing the car Mercedes GL till the end of the trip.
We appreciate is that car was delivered and taken away from places
that was convenient to us.That helped us to organize trip in the best way.

Mercedes was in perfect condition and absolutely corresponded to photo that we
got by reservation manager. We think that price was reasonable according to
hight season and comparing with other offers.

They brought the car I requested to my hotel and then came to pick it up. The car was in neat conditions and their online support great. Plus the amount blocked in my Credit Card was reasonable compare to any other of their competitors. I would rent from this company again without a doubt.

We took a rental car for travel to Italy. We got a wonderful car in perfect condition. I liked the quality of service, vehicle flow. The friendly and professional company King Rent. Managers take care of all our wishes and they treated us like family.
The car was traveling with us from Milan to Naples and back. Even when we had a little trouble along the way, everything was settled very quickly and efficiently.
This trip became more interesting and exciting, thanks to you. The next time we go back.

Very nice selection of cars in great condition. very clear and efficient communication of the rental process. No stupid made-up damages or hassles. Somewhat cumbersome security deposit process. Great flexibility of location.

Прошлым летом была в Милане и мы с другом взяли на прокат Audi A5 cabrio. Остались очень довольны. Нас встретил водитель Сальваторе в аэропорту и проводил к автомобилю. Полностью объяснил всё, что касается автомобиля, выставил нам навигатор. Также помог с чемоданами и проводил до регистрации. Все было на высоком уровне, начиная с бронирования и до забора автомобиля. Что важно для меня- водитель был пунктуальным, вежливым и доброжелательным. Уровень и состояние автомобиля- отменное. Приятно иметь дело с такой организацией процесса. I decided to spend my birthday with my wife in Zurich. It happened this last weekend.
