Great experience. Lower pricing for longer rentals. Pickup and drop off very convenient.

We had tiny windshield damage (not included in insurance) that they reasonably charged for.
Safety deposit was returned very quickly.

10/10 will use them again. Highly recommend for luxury car rental in Europe.

*One thing they could improve on is their customer service phone number: it’s hard to get a hold of someone.

We rented two cars - BMW and Maserati - for two weeks in Nice, including Christmas, and had an excellent experience. Despite our flights being slightly delayed, the drivers waited for us at the airport with smiles and great humor. The cars were brand new, spotless, fully fueled, and even came with sweet goodies - a lovely touch. Pickup and return at the airport were smooth and stress-free. Only positive memories from this service. Highly recommended!

You can customize the experience. We renter a Lambo Urus for 20 days to go from Milan to Naples (through Lago di Garda and Bormio). The car was brand new and very awesome. We changed the drop off from Naples to Rome with a few days notice. They were VERY gracious about some damage I did a rim. I had a great experience. 5 stars.

I just rented a Porsche 911 and drove from Geneva to Zurich. Amazing trip. The car was in perfect condition and the host was available at all times. Will be renting from them again.

Great experience using Lurento for the second time. Had some last minute changes and modifications to the booking and they accommodated the changes very well. Great, prompt communication and made it very easy to arrange.

My first time getting a rental sports car was with Lurento. I needed a nice whip to explore the Italian Alps for a few days and wanted to do so with a red Ferrari cabrio since last year. Everything went smoothly and to top it off...

They released my deposit quickly and didn't charge me anything despite seeing two very small scratches upon me returning the vehicle.

Will definitely be renting exotics from Lurento again!

I rented a Ferrari Portofino and the whole process was very smooth and easy. The car was almost brand new. I am quite happy with the whole experience!

I have been using Lurento services for more that a year on numerous occasions all over Europe and have been highly satisfied with the service. The cars have always been as described, in great condition and customer service has been impeccable. Very grateful to Lurento team for facilitating my travels and for the flexibility that the company offers!

No doubt Lurento offers the best selection of cars and no other provider was able to accommodate our needs. I've booked 488 Pista and my colleagues booked a Porsche 992 and M8 convertible. Everything was as described, photos on the website 100% real and all cars delivered in mint condition. I've rented fast cars before in Switzerland, France, Italy and never have I come close to what an amazing experience I had with the agents and cars.

Absolutely phenomenal service! Transparent pricing and no hidden fees but most importantly - Lana & Jo thank you again for the outstanding and above and beyond customer service. Due to the Corona virus situation we were forced to change our schedules last minute and they arranged everything to accommodate our needs. There are not many companies out there that still offer this level of service.

The vehicle that I rented was up to my expectations, very well maintained and performed very well, overall the company provided very good customer service.

This is my second time using Lurento and they are a fantastic rental agency. I have been pleased with using them both times and the cars have been an absolute joy to drive. The customer service is fantastic and the employees are always helpful and professional. I highly recommend them.
