Absolutely phenomenal experience. Will definitely rent from Lurento again. Great customer service, great communication, fantastic vehicle. No hassles whatsoever. Extremely accommodating as my plans and routes changed. Not to mention, the Porsche GT3 was in perfect condition and drove like a dream.

Hassle free service. Easy to book, our BMW convertible was delivered on time. Exploring Tuscany was a real pleasure.

hope this shows my satisfaction:
I wanted a special surprise for my wife (and me) meanwhile I was in the Emirates to celebrate 30th wedding anniversary. With Lurento I found the right Company to fulfill my expectations. Professional service (special thx to Lana and Nash) around luxury cars for an effortable price! The team was not only delivering a car, they did everything that a dream became true, all efforts being made (instant call back to confirm additional wishes) to create maximum satisfaction to the customer. From begin to end brilliant. So the only proposal from my side: „Go to Lurento“

I’ve rented Mercedes G63 from Lurento in Zurich.
Car was spotless and clean, full tank, new tires, all in all very well prepared for my needs.
I might even change my Range Rover Sport for a G63, cause car is a monster and it showed much better in bad weather conditions.
Lana and Nash from Lurento team were great, very easy to work with, good communication.
Next time I’m coming back for a G500.

Very smooth cooperation, just perfect :-)

I rented the Audi R8 V10 plus for 4 days from lurento and it was such a good experience. From beginning to end, the team at Lurento have been very professional. They were very responsive to any questions and were great to deal with.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a high-end luxury vehicle.

If it seems to be too good to be true, it probably is...except for Lurento. I rented the Ferrari 458 for a vacation. A few days before my trip, Lurento called me to inform me that someone had smashed up the 458, so they were upgrading me to a V10 Lamborghini Huracan. The car was delivered to my hotel (it gathers a LOT of attention), was exactly as promised, and the service was phenomenal throughout. I have never ever used a supercar rental service that was as good as Lurento.

If someone from Lurento is reading, please do not drop your customer service standard. It is incredible right now. I have recommended you folks to all my car enthusiast groups in San Francisco. Thanks for a great experience.

Amazing service, convenient, friendly, trustworthy and professional at all times. I even left my suit in the boot when returning the car and Lurento have organised a courier to send it back.
