Excellent company to use the 2 guys who came to do my front door and back door certainly knew the job the finish on the doors was excellent they worked quickly and efficiently cleared up all mess if I need anymore work done at a later date would certainly use Kingsbridge

Quality of the windows is to a very high standard. I had three windows replaced and the fitter was professional and efficient. Would recommend this company.

Avoid! Cowboy window fitters!

They quote extortionate prices for windows and pressure you into buying the product before you have time to think about it (otherwise their "amazing" offer will not be valid) - which is the only way anyone would ever accept it.

They also throw in every other high pressure sales tactic imaginable which makes the experience incredibly uncomfortable and cringeworthy. Avoid and go with a decent local company instead for a fraction of the cost and even if you manage to haggle a competitive price, it's best to avoid supporting companies like these with unethical sales practices.

Great service throughout from first telephone call to them up to completion of fitting front door and window.

Very patient sales people that didn't rush our requirements and gave us lots of information.

Their fitter was brilliant. Very very competent and hard working. Tidied everything up afterwards. Even played us 80s music.

Would recommend to anyone.

We have just had the windows replaced on our bungalow by Kingsbridge and I can't recommend them enough. Everyone was courteous, helpful, friendly and extremely professional! The installers did an excellent job especially with the finishing. They take pride in their work and are a credit to the company! The end result shows the hard work they put in! The quality of the product stands out. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

I would like to confirm that I have also been the recipient of exactly the same high pressure selling by this company, as recently detailed by Victoria, below.

A representative from Kingsbridge Living came to my home, quoted me a price and informed me that this so called ‘special price’ would ONLY be valid if I signed the contract and paid a twenty five percent deposit immediately. I reluctantly paid.

After discussing this experience with my family and having second thoughts, primarily due to not having had time to obtain other quotes I rang Kingsbridge and asked for an immediate refund. The operative informed me that it would take 5 working days to process.

After ten working days, and having not received a refund I contacted the company. I was told that the person responsible for refunds was on holiday and that there was a note on my account saying ‘customer needs time to think’!

I have only just received the refund today despite requesting it by recorded delivery on 30th July.

On reflection, I believe that I should not have been subjected to this kind of pressure selling. At the time of the representative’s visit he was aware that I wanted to obtain other quotes but was insistent that the price he gave me would only be valid if I signed there and then. I feel strongly that quotations should not be linked to any kind of obligation and I cannot recommend this company unless they amend their sales practices.

I am so happy with the service I got from Luke, he talked me through the process slowly , even calling my son to reassure him about the cost and time frame. Living on my own they made sure there was little to no disruption and that I was totally happy .

It was a bit of a hard sell but I got to the price point I was quoted by others and Kingsbridge windows and doors were superior in my opinion. The fitters arrived on schedule and did an excellent job of replacing all the windows and doors at the front of my property. They were careful to put dust sheets where they were working and even removed their shoes to walk on areas they did not cover. One small snag with the door contact for the alarm but overall a pleasing experience with these fitters.

We recently had some bifold doors installed and we couldn't be happier.
Everyone from this company were so professional and helpful the whole way through the process.
The salesman was polite and was able to answer all our questions.
The install was done quickly and there was no mess left in our home.
Couldn't recommend this company enough, everything was done to a very high standard!

Thank you Kingsbridge . We had several companies come to quote us for our 3 windows at the rear of our bungalow. We were kept up to date at every stage and your fitters have done a lovely job. Courteous and respectful of our property. We will be recommending you to our friends and definitely coming back to you for new doors soon.

Update 12/08/21 Neil has taken the time to email and speak with me about our experience, which is appreciated and has apologised and said they have done an internal review of what happened and taken steps so that ideally our experience would not be repeated with any potential future customers.

Genuinely shocked that companies like this with such an antiquated sales approach are still operating.

There was no transparency when agreeing to receive a quote that it would involve a pressure sell to sign there and then and that money would have to be transferred on the day of the quote.

There was no transparency with the quoting process itself as a number was simply said. No physical paperwork was offered to view, or left for us to consider. There was no breakdown of the costs offered at any point and no quote was emailed afterwards.

The price was not competitive and we'd not recommend from our experience of this company.

Personally as someone that works in sales I'm embarrassed that people still operate this way. Sales professionals over the years have worked hard to move away from tactics like this. Do not fall for it, you do not need to sign on the day of a quote with any company.

Absolutely delighted with my porch door.First class service from beginning to end.Advised at every stage what was going to happen and it did.Work person arrived on time as promised and quickly and efficiently installed the door with no mess left when completed.Would thoroughly recommend this company.

We recently had our Windows and doors replaced by Kingsbridge and we couldn't be happier with the work done. The installation was quick and efficient and Salesman was polite and knowledgeable.
We were visited by a representative who gave us excellent advice on designs and was able to answer all our questions and was patient not rushing us into a decision.

After paying our deposit we were visited by the surveyor who confirmed our order.

After a short delay this was followed by the installation team who arrived on the agreed date, worked efficiently and left my home as clean as before they came.

I can't recommend them enough - everyone has been so professional and helpful, and my windows look great. Thanks again!

Superb service from start to finish, no pressure from the sales guy, and the fitters were very professional. Such a better experience than other firms I have dealt with in the past.
