Excellent - this is the 4th time I have bought Kingsbridge windows

Had a new front door fitted on my late fathers flat. From the initial phone call right through to the fitting I cannot fault the service. Ordering was easy and on the day of the fitting the workman was on time and did a lovely job. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and even the plywood that had been boarding up the door was taken away. Highly recommend this company

Aftercare service is rectifying slight problem

This is the second time I’ve used Kingsbridge Living. Just had my loft bedroom and bathroom windows replaced. I am very pleased with the installation. Fitter arrived on time and was friendly and polite. Cleaned up after himself. Am very happy with the service from initial quote through to completion.

We have recently had shutters installed in our living room, and are very happy. They look great and we are now having them installed upstairs. The installer was very efficient and tidy. Arrived on time and would recommend Kingsbridge Living to anyone.

I had windows installed by Kingsbridge both downstairs and upstairs, including a bay window downstairs. Everything went smoothly and on time - they kept me informed each step of the way - from the shop that I met a representative in, to the measuring, to the actual installation. They were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They provided me with guidance on health and safety that I found helpful - on the best type of windows to install. You can tell that they are a family company in that despite dealing with several different people, they clearly all knew each other and had been working there for years. I also felt that they had given me the best price possible. When they came to install the windows the gentleman took less time than expected - though it did take several days - and he tidied up afterwards. The windows themselves are excellent quality. The final results look great!

Installation carried out as arranged very expertly. The shutters look great and I have ordered some more. Very pleased with them. Hope the installation will be done by the same person as being elderly, I am nervous of having people in the house but the installer was really pleasant and careful.

Kingsbridge installed all the double-glazed windows and door in our flat seven years ago. The hinges in the door developed a fault recently. Kingsbridge went out of their way to find replacement hinges and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. Good to know that I could still rely on them.

We had all of our windows in our flat replaced with a combo of sash and top opener windows and they are very high quality and we are very pleased with them. However, the installation process (mainly one of the installers) was abysmal. The first day they left our flat in an absolute state. Wood chippings all over the floor, mud trod into our carpets, dirty hand prints on all the walls, disgusting dirty bird spikes from the outside window sills left in our newly renovated bathroom sink...the list goes on. The second day all the old timber beams were thrown from the top floor into a side passage of the house blocking the entrance to our neighbours flat which were left over night. We yet again had to hoover the entire flat for a second time and wipe all the walls down. Cheers. The saving grace was Carly our sales rep who was very attentive, quick at responding and friendly. She also made late visits to our flat to suit our schedules.

We recently had a new front door and side windows fitted by Kingsbridge Living. Their representative was very helpful and explained to us the different styles of design and colours available. The door fitter arrived on time and was courteous and installed the door and surrounding windows perfectly. The design we chose was Riviera door in red, with Elegance glazing and leaded light side windows. It looks very smart and welcoming and would recommend Kingsbridge Living if you are thinking of replacing your doors/windows.
