I was happy playing with no problems tried to go back on today but it says not available in my country how do I get back on and withdraw what's left been with them about 3 years but suddenly can't get it in England I need a response please!!!!!!!

Worst casino site i have played on, I won £200 playing one night, watched all the wins add up, went to withdrawal page, finished withdrawal process said accepted, few days later I received an email to say withdrawal was declined. Accessed my account to only see £100 in account withdrew the £100, went on chat box ended up speaking to real person (called Nick) who agreed i was due another £100 and that he would send to my account. Few days later no money ( £100 did go into my bank account) emailed to ask where the other £100 was, email back saying that when i deposited it credited both my bank account and my kingshill account (not once did I witness this, I have bank statement to prove this) so they said that the £100 was this discrepancy and stated that the conversation was getting repetitive. The last conversation I had with them that I am going to report issue, unfortunately I don't know who too grrr

This is the worst site you can land on, very hard to win something , very fast to take your money. If I can give -5 star I will do it. This is the biggest scam and legally shouldn’t exist but when the governments love their money they let them survive. Avoid as much as you can.

Why when you deposit it charges diff amounts on your deposit ?

This casino is a disgrace. I have been scammed here and also ay it's sister site memo casino owned by intellogixsoft solutions ltd. They are both not U.K regulated which means they are not allowed to take bets from U.K players (which they continue to do) once they owe you money of your from the U.K they close your account and ignore your emails. That's what they are doing to me . Stay well clear is my advice to anyone from the U.K

This is a really scam casino.i disposited money and lost it then I disposited another amount after few weeks worn I try to withdraw the money they asked me to send a credit card I don't even use to make the payment with. I was told to send the card details I used before, I sent all the documents they keep rejection my documents for weeks and I keep receiving phone calls from their staffs saying bonus I told them am not playing again I need my withdrawal contract support unfortunately I ended up losing everything. But I have made a complaint to ADR. So I think if the gambling commission receives few complaints they will investigate then they might be fine or close it. Scarmer
