I bought this same 12vac tape lighting strip a few weeks ago and installed it. Half of the strip failed after a couple weeks. So i bought a second one thinking it may have been an anomaly? The second one was installed and within a week the same fail point on a second strip…?

The company courteously and quickly canceled my order when there was a product error on their website.

My ordered materials were not compatible. I received a call from Harold and he fixed my ordered, corrected the order with the proper materials and save me time and money.

They shipped my product to wrong person…but they communicated great though out the mix up and finally got it

The Moon Lights are phenomenal. Packaged and shipped well. More importantly they are absolutely stunning. My initial purchase was 4 or their largest. Going to buy more. Plenty of compliments.

well, I have ordered from them before and both times had to get a refund, product not being available. They dont tell you this when ordering. !!!!

They are a 3rd or 4th party with little to no inventory and order your product, as you order it. Way to long to receive. I found the same product from some one else and had it in 4 days.

I bought a package of ten 200w LED light from them they won't back there 3 year warranty out of the ten lights only 5 still work the warranty is supposed to be good til March 2025 but won't reply to my messages I don't recommend anyone to buy from Kinglight. I received nothing for replacement or refund. I even filled out a complaint to ebay for this and no results for this reason I quit buying from ebay as well

Website is intuitive, selection is good, prices fair. Good communication from the time of purchase to delivery. Kings Lighting seems to try hard to satisfy their customer, and I appreciate that. Good to give my business to people who work hard and perform well.
