At first it took a little time to get a return label, but after it was smooth sailing !

Product was delivered seamlessly. Just had the plumber install it today. I love it! Great quality! Built to perfection!!

The product quality is very good and meets our expectation however we faced a difficulty in communicating the sales person handling our account as they seem unresponsive and takes long to respond considering the time difference between US and UAE. Nevertheless, we would like to emphasize that this will be a continuous order, as we use this product in our equipment. We are hoping to receive a better assistance and prompt response with our future order.

I wish I could remember my rep’s name but she found everything I needed, put together substitutions that still match the aesthetic I was going for, and got me a discount on top of my usual contractor rate.

Honestly o out of the four that I bought had a defective drain pipe and my plumber used a different brand he had on his truck and it worked. Sad part was I got charged for removing the new pipe plus payed for new drain assembly and paid again to have another one installed.

This has been a nightmare install. The fixtures are beautiful, heavy and appear to be well made. My very experienced plumber has been fighting to install the sink fixtures. There was the need to find a connector that the hardware stores didn't have in stock. There is a major problem with the supply lines that were sent. Before they could be installed an adapter was needed for them to be connected which no local plumber or hardware store had in stock: they had to be ordered which took 3-4 days to receive. Then the lines broke on install at the metal end ! My contractor stated "they are cheap Chinese junk" . They are stiff with little to no flexibility. Yes the usual braided lines that can be found at any hardware store. He finally provided his own to show me the difference. These were also braided but they were softer and very flexible. Again he was looking for an adaptor to connect the lines I was told that in modern times they all come with a quick connect but not the ones that I received. This was the second time I ordered from this company. The first time there was no problem probably because the plumber used his own supply line. I found out previously that if an item isn't in stock it will be a 4-6 month waiting period to get the order so stick only with what is in stock. The plumber is now trying to find something that will give me a functional sink. I paid over $1200 for the shower and sink fixtures in my bathroom. It shouldn't be a nightmare to install. My expectation is maybe several hours at most to install as it had been the last time. I will never be using this company again.

The solid brass and fine finish on our out door shower, really showed thru for the customer as we completed her back yard remodel

I really like the replacement faucet kit because it make the bathrooms look and feel brand new. Having a kitchen faucet kit installed today and can’t wait! I will always seek Kingston Brass first I thought the price.
