Great faucet. Mediocre Documentation
Really liked the faucet for a stand alone tub. Though the instructions sent were for a wall mount faucet. The challenging aspect to the install was with the 1/2" straight water supply lines as they needed bent to align with the valves on the floor. Plumbers and supply stores did not have a pipe bender (only Amazon) but I understand the need for the larger supply lines. Other than that, the quality was great. I'm pleased.

I remodeled lake house
I remodeled my lake house at Lake of the Ozarks. The original part of the cabin dates back nearly hundred years. The whole thing was redone inside and out with additions. I wanted to retain the Ozarks/Lake vibe but be new. I purchased the oil rubbed brass farm house line. From tall arching sink faucets to rain fall shower with exposed plumbing and turn of the century handles with white inlays. It hit right on the mark, the pieces are beautiful and fictional. My friends and family were wowed by the lake vibe. All the units were just as advertised, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

The customer service person didn’t…
The customer service person didn’t understand that I only wanted 1 pair of these screws. So when I said I need 2 screws she charged me for 2 pair (4 screws). So I paid double what it should have cost me and I have 2 extra screws I don’t need. Gee thx.

I received the wrong parts on my first…
I received the wrong parts on my first order. When we found the correct parts, I ordered them and installed them with no problem. I filled out the return form on line and heard nothing since. The wrong parts were never installed and here they sit. I am out an additional 100.00 because of this issue. In reality, my replacement parts cost me $200.00

The prices for are too high.
The prices for your parts to replace parts are too high. Also tge faucets are also much higher at this site. The same faucet I bought on Wayfair was $200 more on this site. This should not be the case. Wayfair is still making a profit and yet, your site is more expensive. I also had to pay for shipping

The finish is good and matches the photos. Material is somewhat flimsy and set screw threads stripped out when tightening.

Repairs are a problem
Great looking products but my bathroom faucet is on its third set of cartridges. When they go out, can buy replacements only from Kingston at about double the cost of local hardware store and have to wait for delivery.

American Patriot 4 Inch
The Patriot faucet that we received was good quality and did meet our expectations. The finish was very nice with no visible signs of any damage or scratches.
The water flow coming out of the faucet is super low flow and it is absolutely miserable! This needs to be addressed if possible.
