Great quality. The sweaters are soooo soft. And I ordered 4 items that were all true to size according to the measurements provided on the website.

When my local shipping service failed to deliver my package, I was worried that I would not receive it at all. The person assisting me, Maddie, was extremely helpful with their updates, as well as informative. I knew exactly what was happening through each step of the process because they kept me informed of how the order was being tracked. I received frequent email updates from Maddie which helped to relieve my stress. Ultimately, I was able to receive my package, and I am extremely satisfied with the service they provide.
Also the clothes are super cute.

I am a very satisfied customer of Kirakira World! Actually, my fashion sense is not that good, not until I found out about Kirakira World’s “Kirakira Box” through a friend’s recommendation! I ordered it after three days of contemplating. Before ordering the Kirakira Box, I was worried that I would not fit the clothes, but upon receiving the pretty purple envelope parcel package, I was delighted! The Kirakira Box made the price cheaper than when purchasing the items separately, and I also got a frog eye patch for free as a gift! All the items are amazing and of good quality. My worries before ordering vanished when I wore the clothes, as it made me look adorable once I have worn them. Even though the shoes were a bit big, it was alright as it was my fault for choosing the wrong size. I fully support their fashion style! I will surely buy again at Kirakira World and I highly recommend this to anyone who likes cute clothes!

구글에서 검색 중 키라키라월드를 발견하고 홈페이지에 가봤는데 전 제품 무료배송 행사더라구요!!
한국에서도 이런 서비스의 샵은 찾기가 힘들어서 테스트 삼아 치마랑 가디건 주문했는데 너무 마음에 들었어요!
해외 배송인데도 2주만에 배송 완료되고(다른 카와이 매장에서는 50일 걸린적도 있었음. 아무리 해외 배송이라도 이땐 너무 심했었음.) 무엇보다 옷 핏이 예뻤어요! 치마가 짧은 감이 있지만 속바지가 있어서 편하게 입고 있어요. 바람 불때도 괜찮괜찮!!
인터넷 쇼핑으로 몇 번 실패한 경험이 있는데 여기는 너무 마음에 들어서 벌써 세번째 주문했어요!
얼른 여름 옷이 더 많이 나왔으면 좋겠어요 >_<

I live in Korea and the product was returned due to a shipping address problem. It was our mistake, but they sent the item back and we were able to receive it safely. I was very worried, but I was moved by them who took responsibility until the end. thank you

Probably the best kawaii store ever!! There are so many cute things to choose from and all of them are good quality products!! Will surely visit this store again. Highly recommended!!
