I paid for the wig DHL delivered the wig to a locker that I have no access to. This company expected HANDICAP me to chase down the package for over a month. Even after I provided proof the package wasn't delivered directly to me that they requested. So I'm pretty much out of money, my first and last time using this company!

I accidentally saw the advertisement of this brand. The video attracted me very much. The 360 wig of invisi crystal string made me feel very novel. After hesitating for a long time, I bought one with the attitude of giving it a try. To be honest, it was pretty good. It's easy to wear. It's truly glueless. I can tie up my hair at will without worrying about the track leaking out or heavy traces of glue. This is a psychological burden reduction. I like this brand.

I didn’t even want to give this 1 star this wig is horrible I would never order from this company again a waste of my hard earned money

My order has been packed but has been waiting for a carrier to pick it up. It's been 3 days now, this company needs to uphold itself by good practices and good shipping standards. There's no reason why my purchase is just sitting around.

The quality of the wig received is excellent! I am satisfied with my purchase.

the hair was thin and broke up so easily i’ve only had it installed for 2 days and it’s probably the worst quality wig i’ve ever gotten it’s was not worth the 300$ i spent at all

The hair is soft and beautiful.

Run do whatever to get this and pay that extra to get the most density 32” and my stylist and I love it !!!

THEY SHOULD STOP WITH 360 FULL LACE WIG ADVERTISEMENT SPECIALS ITS NOTHING BUT A AWFUL LACE CAP WIG WITH SO MANY BALD SPOTS EVERY PART HAD A BALD SPOT I THOUGHT I WAS LOSING MY HAIR THIS LACE WIG WAS IN WORSE CONDITION THEN ME AND THEY CHARGE ME $400.00 I WANTED A REFUND ASAP BUT THEY HAD THE NERVE TO EMAIL ME WITH DEAR WE DONT HAVE TO REFUND YOU BACK MAYBE IN CHINA YOU CAN DO THAT BUT NOT IN UNITED STATES ALREADY GOT MY MONEY BACK THROUGH MY ACCOUNT AND IF THEY WANT THERE CRAPPY WIG BACK THEY BETTER SEND ME THAT SHIPPING LABEL HERES A UPDATE LAST NIGHT THEY EMAIL ME TO OFFER ME $20.00 TO KEEP THE WIG AND MAYBE TRY SELLING IT TO MY NEIGBOR OR FRIEND OR YOU CAN PAID $25.00 TO SHIP IT BACK TO THEM IN CHINA FOR A REFUND THEY PROVIDED ME WITH THERE ADDRESS AND MIND YOU I PAID $400.00 TO THEM FOR THIS THIN WIG THIS IS SOME 30 RETURN POLICY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

They sent me the wrong wig. I ordered one with red and black highlights and they sent me a straight black one. I tried contacting them through email and they told me to send pictures so I did. The next day they sent me the same email telling me the same thing so I did again and I have not heard anything back from them since.

I ordered a wig on July 22nd. Still have not received my purchase. Two and a half weeks later I contacted kisslovehair …. I was told they need copy of my card and Id to send my hair!!!

Scam! Scam! Scam! Run away as fast as you can. I ordered and paid through Paypal. My address is the only one I have and use it for ordering with Amazon and other companies with no issues for years.
I never received my product and filed for a refund with Paypal. Then this scam company informed me they received info my address may not be legit and they need to verify it so I will need to provide a copy of my credit card. Keep in mind I paid on Paypal with a gift card so no credit card was used. After asking several times I demanded Paypal refund my money which they eventually did. Never again.

They sent me a wig that is way to big I order a small I even send pics of it plus you can see the cap in front like it was missing hair I sent pics of that I have been trying to send it back but way they want to do is play with so after 30ndaya I can't return it I will gi e credit to the lace.and the hair is soft the lacemis so invisible it's great and I was willing to to return this one and get a.360 lace but they will not ans me or get the add to order

I paid around $250 for a 22 inch wig, it was supposed to be pre everything. The clips weren’t sewn on, the band inside of the wig wasn’t sewn on, the density was 180 and it had tracks showing throughout. This company is trash, I would never recommend you purchase from this site.

This was my first order from kisslove hair, and I’m in love with my new wig! The best one I have ever ordered! I actually had to order a small wig cause my head is so small and it fits just right! Will be ordering more!

Absolutely stunning wig exactly what it looked like but even better! Really worth the money I’m in the uk 🇬🇧 and delivery was around a week even having it pre styled so I was really impressed and I will soon be looking for my next wig! No more synthetic drugs wigs when I can have real hair wigs at such good and affordable prices thank you for such a beautiful wig now the bar is set high because this wig far exceeded my expectations thank you once again for Pa beautiful wig xx

Deceitful advertising. After viewing a product on FB, I clicked the link which defaulted to, what I had thought was that very product. No. Unbenounced to me, it defaulted to a product they are trying to get rid of. I will never use this company again.
