I don’t usually write reviews but the skirt I received …the hem was raw and uneven… I found it hard to believe anyone would send such an unfinished garment out

Just received three items, on time, nicely packed and good quality but my they are all so large!!

I know it’s one size fits all company from 8-22 but as a UK size 14/16 I expected to have some “freedom” in the sizing but both dresses and the jumper swamp me. Goodness knows how a size 8 would fare!

A shame as I love the quality and the sale prices are great.

Love, love, love this coat. Just what I wanted and as pictured and described. My first purchase through you, there will be more.

First time order and contacted them with a query before order arrived. The lady who answered the phone was lovely and dealt with my query quickly.
My order of a jumper arrived and I was a bit worried as it was 'one size' however it looks absolutely amazing on! Really beautiful and fantastic quality.
So pleased to have found this site and will certainly buy from them again

I bought a pair of trousers and a t-shirt top with a discount offer. Unfortunately the trousers have gone in holes in two places along the seams after being worn only twice. There is little or no seam allowance at all and the stitching is poor.
Very disappointing, just glad I didn’t pay full price.
Designs looked really good online and actually the fit is good.

Excellent customer service - I needed to make a change to an order and it was sorted and refunded without delay. Shopping with a small business absolutely pays dividends and I will definitely recommend and shop with them again - this is how it should be done 👍🏻

Reurns are rubbish - stop sending emails and sort out my return please- order no 426785.

Seriously spammed by marketing, 15 marketing emails and 4 texts in the 3 days since I signed up (not counting those relating to my order).
The dress ordered was not suitable as very strange fit, and I'm not sure it would fit the sizes advertised.
All in all very disappointed so far... will see if they are good at processing a return

Edit - no, they are not good at processing a return for a cancelled order. It was a long wait and then they did not refund the whole amount as required to by distance selling regs. I had to send a follow up request to get the delivery charge refunded.

This has always been a favourite company but several things recently have caused this review. For starters, their refund process. Other companies receive your return, acknowledge it and refund you. K&K make you wait a full 14 working days before they process your return. Nearly three weeks. They received one return from me on 1 September (tracked obviously) and another on 5 September. No acknowledgment & no refunds as yet. I’m looking at refunds on 18th and 23rd September (hopefully), which is absolutely ridiculous.

My other issue is sizing. How are they arriving at this? I bought a beautiful linen tunic which was supposed to fit to a 20. There’s no way it would have fitted more than a 14/16. A linen dress sized similarly was like a shapeless sack & would have fitted a 22. Some consistency would be good.

They’re now stocking far too many styles at far too high prices. Better to reduce the amount, get the sizing right before charging £50 for a top.

Two stars for the very patient customer services department.

Very pleased with my top/jacket had loads of compliments would have given 5 stars but delivery time bit long !

Everyone that I have spoken to is friendly and very helpful.

Bought the Allessandra dress TWICE! Why because on the first time of wearing the first one the whole of the back seam unravelled/came undone. Kit replaced with a duplicate. On second wearing of the second dress, exactly the same thing happened again!! I have to put this down to manufacture/quality control as the dress is loose/flowy, a fabulous shape, lovely fabric but clearly not fit for purpose. I've had to request full refund but have heard nothing.

Fantastic clothing and a great fit. People always compliment the clothes I wear from here. Great customer service too. The phones are answered by humans in the UK - what a refreshing change. Returns can take about 14 days to process but that’s no problem! So glad I found you ❤️

The shorts are a wonderful fit and quality however when I placed my 2nd order I was unable to use the discount code offered on the site. I appreciate they were already reduced however on the day I made my second order the website was offering a further 30% off everything , I even had an email giving me the discount code for 30% off everything. When checking out the code could not be applied. I have sent an email 3 times asking if this was a glitch on the website as it said 'everything' including summer clearance but I have had no response to my query about this so am very dissapointed in the customer service

Have bought from this company many times recently and the clothes have been really nice and good value if bought with their many offers. Not sure the quality is worth the full prices but you can usually get an offer. Having said that my last order never arrived! Evri, terrible delivery company, delivered it to the wrong address as the proof of delivery order was not my address. None of my neighbours had it either. I contacted Kit and Kaboodle by email three times and have had no response. Tried to phone and no reply. In the end I have had to contact PayPal who are dealing with it. Such a shame that Kit and Kaboodle customer relations have let them down and I no longer feel confident in purchasing from them.
