Trousers much more tapered than the photos showed - thought they were a straight wide leg.
Quality of the corduroy extremely thin - no good for winter!

I purchased flower jumper dress however when I opened it I was unsure whether this was dress or jumper as looked short.I measured centre back to bottom and was 80/81 cm which suggested not the dress as this was supposed to be 99cm but looking a photos on website it was dress as jumper was a slight high lo with slits at side and packaging said jumper dress which looked from web but much shorter I tried it on and definitely not dress length going to keep and wear as long jumper a bit disappointing as all my other recent purchases have been fabulous

I bought a coat that was one size covering 8 - 18. I should have known better than to purchase something that could possibly fit such a large range of sizes. I’m a 14 but it still ridiculously swamped me. The photos of the model wearing it looked great but did not show the true sizing. Likely it was pinched in at the back but can’t say for sure. Disappointing. Also it was pretty flimsy material.

The whole process was easy. I ordered the Arabella grey seamed jumper, I love it I am a size 12/ 14 and it was just what I was looking for in a over sized jumper

Bought three Tatum tops, costing £50.00 with a small Xmas discount. These were down as fitting upto a size 24, so I thought they would be nice and baggy. Wrong!!!! On arrival the material wasn’t nice or soft and it certainly couldn’t fit upto a size 24!!! To add insult to injury it then cost me £10.34 to make sure it was insured enough incase it was lost on return. I have shopped regularly on here at Kit and Kaboodle, but I will not be purchasing again.

I ordered a lovely jumper ,when it arrived there was a mark on the white part I emailed them and whithin an our they messaged me back saying that they could refund me wait for a replacement as they had no more in stock on christmas eve they sent a replacement with a pre paid bag to return the jumper with the mark on .This company are brilliant they deserve a 6 star review .will definelty buy from again

Designs are good, but fabric very poor quality, lack of pockets, lack of linings where they are needed, and fabrics slightly damaged - loose threads on knits, etc. Disappointed I won't buy here again. (Bought a cord jacket and the cord was so thin you could crease it between your fingers, jacket couldn't hold a shape.)

Cheap materials and most certainly are not one size fits 8 to 20. Photos on the website are completely misleading

I bought a blue sally fringe jumper and I loved it so ordered another one in another colour aswell as another style of jumper…when the second one came which was supposed to be identical to the first blue jumper ordered there was huge difference in length so two identical jumpers in different colours totally different lengths I was gutted as I loved the first one…the other jumper I bought was also to short so both jumpers from second order were sent back. The quality is great but if you are tall then the jumpers are short
and as stated identical jumpers in different colours but different lengths.
I did send an email to explain of my disappointment when I ordered the second jumper in different colour and the length was 4 inches shorter but I heard nothing back…not a peep
Shame put I would not order again because of reasons explained

I sent back my item 3 weeks ago given it was for a large amount of money l still have not received my refund. 3 emails on and not one single reply. Having brought from them several times the refund process is a long lengthy process. I gave 2 stars as the clothes good quality. Please get back to me ASAP as l don't want to be taking this further

This is a lovely blouse, just right for the season as can have a T-shirt under, wear with leggings or jeans so very wearable and useful.

If I could give customer service 10 stars I would. I have been shopping at Kit and Kaboodal for a while now but have never needed customer services, however on this occasion I did have a delivery issue which K&K handled and communicated amazingly to. Thank you so much and will definitely be ordering more.

I ordered a black gilet a couple of weeks ago. I felt apprehensive about the “one size fits all”, the model in the photograph is a small dainty lady, 5ft 3inches size 8 apparently. I am 5ft 8inches & size 16/18. The gilet arrived & looked good, but the shoulders are too narrow…..obviously my back & shoulders are wider than a size 8!! Why aren’t these garments made to fit different sizes? Such a shame, I was going to order other colours if the first one was ok, but won’t do so now.

I ordered a cord dress. Emails I sent asking where my order was after 10 days were ignored. When dress arrived it was enormous so I will return. When they say oversized they mean it! You have to pay for returns too which is disappointing.

Ordered a few times and can’t fault the quality of the items.
