They sell a comprehensive range of items but the quality is not great, and I've had to return my last few orders. One top was torn at the seam. I would rather pay more and get a better fit and quality of fabric.

What an absolute joke of a company!!!
Placed an order for a dress about 17th April. Only when I received conformation did it say that it was on pre-order, expected with in 14 days. As I was going on holiday on 2nd May I was hopeful. I emailed them twice just to see if I was likely to get it before I left, no reply to either! So I called and it had come in 1that morning so it was sent out. I was so dissapointed when I saw it, it was enormous. How they can say it was for size 8-18 I will never know, I tried everything not to look like a sack of spuds but, I did. I completed the returns form and took it to the post office at a cost of £4.05. Absolutely know acknowledgement from the company that it had been received so again I called to be told- they wouldn't have even opened the parcel as, they were still dealing with items that had been returned the last week in April!! So I should be prepared to wait for maybe another 2xweeks before I get a refund!!
I am absolutely gobsmacked at such poor customer service that includes- lack of any communication on the companies part, staff who answer the phone talking over you and spouting the same sentence continously and unhelpful and condisending staff!!
All in all a very poor experience and by the time I get a refund they would have had my money for 6xweeks... not a bad return for them if they do it to mutiple customers!!

Love this company. The only time I needed to contact customer services they were incredibly helpful and sorted out my very small issue quickly .

Kit & Kaboodal are my go to online store for clothing. Not only do they offer some great choices their customer service is very good.

Sizing istotally off - gigantic baggy clothes even though I’m a size 18-20 would have fit twice my size. Using size 10 models with clothes pinned at the back is wrong and false advertising and then they charge to return!

I was tired of high street clothes shopping, desperately seeking an alternative and then I came across Kit and Kaboodal via Facebook. It has been a game changer!
Not only are the clothes made of the highest quality, they last the test of time. Wash after wash they always look lovely, holding their shape, size and colour and who’d have thought…. no bobbling on jumpers!!
Most of their clothing lines are a one size fits all, designed with every body shape in mind.
K&K’s clothing range is flattering, easy to wear, comfortable, stylish and chosen with care and consideration for today’s woman.
The never ending variety of luxurious linens, easy to wear jerseys, warm needle cords and cosy jumpers, keeps me wanting more, it’s very easy to become addicted!
In a nutshell, I now have a wardrobe of lovely clothing at affordable prices, which makes me feel confident, relaxed, well dressed and happy. How wonderful is that!!

Bought the Ivanna top in the navy/ cerise and also navy/ lime. Lovely fine knit tops and a flattering fit. Bought them with a discount so fantastic value for money.

I’m not in the UK so Brexit has added extra taxes and the Post Office in my country adds an extra service charge for processing Brexit tax, plus extra overseas delivery charge which makes buying from K&K more expensive

Quality very poor.

Just received my Penelope needlecord dress. It is more brown than burnt orange,but I am not disappointed as the colour is really nice and suits me. I am a size 18 and It's lovely on and very comfortable. I will be sending for another colour.

I recently ordered four items from this site but was disappointed when they arrived . The models showing the items must be extremely short or the items sold are not those in the pictures. I’m 5’11 and wanted some long jumpers so ordered what I thought would be lovely oversized tops I could wear with jeans leggings etc .
When they arrived none of them barely covered the tops of my legs and the material in a couple of items was poor .

I love the look of these tops because they are supposed to be long and baggy but the items do not look the same as that of the chosen ones from the website

Quick delivery, lovely quality clothes. Great communication from staff when I requested a return. Refund was also quick.

Nice looking top but could be longer and wider at the neck for me.
