Needed a few new doors and rail for additions to the kitchen.Great to just ring up and order the matching doors from previous order a few years ago

Needed a one off kitchen cupboard door to match old exiting unit. Only home style could supply with the chamfered edges needed. Contacted them by phone extremely helpful and they could do this for me no problem. Delivery time given was spot on. Hassle free, friendly service.quality of door excellent.

I have just used this company for the last time, after many years and many orders......this should be zero stars really...
I am a sole trader, spending £100,000+ per year with multiple suppliers and I have never been treated the way I have been treated by the 'operations manager' in this company..........
I accept that their products come from a supplier in Ireland, and they don't manufacture the products themselves, and there is always going to be some manufacturing defects.......so why can't they just replace defective products, like all my other suppliers???
Instead, I get a load of nonsense from the 'production manager' saying it's within tolerance, and acceptable..........It's clearly not if there are massive lumps, bumps and lines in a simple door!!!!
25 e-mails, and loads of photographic evidence to get replacements, which were still awful but better than the first two attempts!!
The 'operations manager' did not seem to understand that this was an issue with their supplier, and took the whole incident very personally.......
If the doors were replaced from the initial photos, I would not be writing this, but he obviously needs a trip to specsavers, and an attitude overhaul...
How can you sail a ship with a blind (double edged) captain??????

So I gave this company a week's advance notice about writing this review, and they did absolutely nothing to appease me or stop me writing it....
Instead, they tried to have this review deleted, to hide what a shambles they actually are....
Avoid at all costs if you want good quality products, or good customer service!!!

Doors excellent quality everything measured to correct size to what i needed. Deviered on day we were told Packaging great. Customer service brilliant.I have ordered from this company before excelkent service 10 outa 10

There was good communication and advice from the start, sample arrived and was a good match. Ordered kitchen doors and they arrived on time and are good quality. Good value also. What more could you ask.

All communication was answered fully and swiftly. Ordering was easy and I did make a quick phone call. I requested samples of the colours I thought I would like and when I finally chose the 2 I wanted I ordered and paid for 2 sample doors. I chose the Cappuccino high gloss (kitchen) and antique rose Matt( bathroom). The sample door for the cappuccino was totally different from the swatch, much lighter and I hesitated about going forward but decided too. However, when the doors arrived they were nearly identical to the Swatch, so I was pleased I did. Delivery itself was excellent. A day was given, then 24 hours beforehand a 3 hour time slot. The doors arrived just after 9am and we're extremely well wrapped/ protected. Can't fault the service.Really good quality and I must say, extremely reasonable. I was quoted £1400.00, for the same doors by a local company. I paid just over £400.00.
As long as I did my measuring correctly and my husband fits them right, then there should be no problems.

Initially we were very pleased with our replacement kitchen doors and they did look good. However, about a year after the warranty ran out (end of 2023) we noticed that on a few of the doors the vinyl was coming loose (delamination).

I contacted Homestyle and was told that once this occurs, there is unfortunately no long term solution for fixing the doors as the vinyl is originally wrapped onto the doors using glue and a lot of heat.

We lived with this for a while but now this is happening on many of the doors and the edges are splitting as well. You cannot glue them as we tried that on one of the edges and it went all bumpy.

So, these doors are fine for a quick refresh but don't expect them to last much longer than the 6 year warranty.

I was offered a discount for replacing them but they are clearly not fit for purpose.

*** Update after reply from Homestyle: I just wonder why I was not told that this was an industry-wide issue when I first contacted you in January 24 and I have never yet been told what the discount is that you are offering. Although I have more doors, drawers, plinth now affected.

Just a pity I hadn't ordered my doors a year later as the problem would have been fixed by then and I wouldn't be in this position.
