Kitchen Cabinet Kings Reviews

I ordered RTA Espresso cabinets and spent over $4,000. The cabinets are beautiful, however some of the pieces are bowed and had a hard time putting them together. Instructions are just pictures. We had a corner cabinet with a lazy susan and had no idea how to build. Went on YouTube
for detailed instructions. Once you open them, they are not returnable and you are stuck trying to fit the pieces together. After building, some of the doors are bowed and do not close properly. I am very disappointed and would never buy cabinets again on line.

Kitchen Cabinet Kings really do treat their customers like royalty! The product and service are both excellent. I ordered 22 pieces total, wall and base cabinets, of the Sienna Rope style. The beautiful cabinets and sculptured doors and drawer fronts were made from very good quality wood. They had heavy-duty durable hardware attached, which included soft-close technology. Push the door or drawer and it finished closing, quietly, all by itself!
My order came amid the Covid-19 pandemic, which caused some unforeseen problems. Luckily for me, the folks at KCK have real live, knowledgeable, patient Customer Service agents on staff. They worked quickly and consistently with me to adjust my order and ultimately create a second order so that I could get all my cabinets in time to finish building my new home on time.
The price for these high-quality cabinets was the cheapest I could find, online or in-store. This was surprising because the cabinets were not "cheap" in design or construction. Plus, KCK gives new customers a 10% discount. The website is easy to navigate and handy to place items in your shopping cart, where they stay until you are ready to purchase. I would recommend this excellent value to anyone who needs good, inexpensive cabinets, sold by folks who understand the meaning of "good old fashion" customer service.

This is my third time purchasing my kitchen cabinets From KCK and I have been completely satisfied every time. The customer service is outstanding. When I needed to make changes to an order Dana was more than helpful. I would recommend them very much.

We were very pleased with our cabinets. We picked the signature pearl cabinets. My favorite part is the soft close of the drawers. I probably will always have to have soft close drawers in a kitchen now. I do recommend you measure & think out your cabinet design before ordering or use the website for a design. In order to return or exchange you will be responsible for shipping cost. My husband put all of the cabinets together himself. On the first one he damaged a front face of a lower cabinet. We were so upset so I contacted costumer service. They gladly sent a replacement free of cost. We were so happy with Kabinet King and will be recommending them to our friends and family.

Kitchen cabinet Kings gets there cabinets from china

Excellent communication and service, but most importantly, fantastic product and a very competitive price

Great service. I enjoyed their meal.

We ordered the Lexington white cabinets, pre-assembled. Had an amazing experience with Dana who designed our kitchen. It was very easy, not at all what I expected. Our cabinets were delivered within about 2 weeks. We did have some damages which we reported as required. Luisa is the person that helped us with those. She was very helpful and we received our replacements asap. Their website is absolutely user friendly. When comparing pricing we received the best bang for our buck with kitchen cabinet kings by far. If the need arises I will definitely be turning to kitchen cabinet kings. Highly recommend kitchen cabinet kings to any and everyone.

Disappointed with the cabinets I received. I ordered the Savannah wall cabinets that are advertised as cinnamon with chocolate glaze, but what I received were orange cabinets that look like their Riverside Honey cabinets with what looks like a dark brown or black marker around the edges. Very dissatisfied customer as I cannot return them. If you wish to purchase from this company, I highly suggest you order a door sample and then hope the final product matches, because if it doesn’t, you will be stuck with what you get.

Great quality, easy ordering, arrival time was as expected, would definitely recommend and use again.

This is the third time I have used KCK. I have had very good experiences all three time. I’ve priced out my projects with other vendors but Have continued to order from KCK due to the following reasons:
Ease of using their web site.
Number of Cabinet and door options.
Option to buy assembled or RTA.
The quality of their product.
Their attention to your needs. Many follow up emails.
Videos to help with assembly of all cabinet types.
I have found quick delivery within 7 days which is a real plus.
And last but not least great pricing.
I will continue to use KCK, for my future projects.

We started construction on a new home in July 2019 and before starting we picked out the cabinets we wanted from another company. Our construction was delayed so when it's finally time to order cabinets in December we find that the cabinets are on back order until the end of March. We frantically tried searching the internet for cabinets as close to the ones we originally wanted as possible, even if it meant going with a different manufacturer. We came upon Kitchen Cabinet Kings and we thought they would be out of budget. And since we live in the south, and they're based out of New York, we were afraid they would take just as long as the back ordered company. I'm happy to say we were wrong! Their first time buyer 10% discount and the free shipping kept us in budget. And contacting them, they assured us they could get our cabinets to us in a matter of days. The online ordering process was easy since we knew exactly the measurements for our installs. We ended up ordering in late January and we received our cabinets 12 days later! Not only that, but their mid-town gray pre-assembled cabinets ended up looking better than what we'd originally picked out from the other company. I'm so glad we found Kitchen Cabinet Kings. Their customer service, response time, expeditiousness, and products are top notch!!

Amazing quality, pricing and fast shipping !!! Design services are fabulous as well

I love their quality and design of the cabinet. Their customer support is excellent and I'll use this company again if I need it.

I love the cabinets. Great service. Strongly recommend.

I ordered the RTA cabinets in imperial blue and their website shows that their cabinets are easy to assemble all you need is a screwdriver I took delivery of my cabinets today and they require finish nails and wood glue so they want you to put holes through the outsides of your cabinets with nails so you’re in finish panels will have nail holes in them they don’t put that on their website so what they sell you is not what they deliver to you complete crap

Great product. Smooth process.

I spoke with a really helpful agent named Jessica who guided through the process and eased my concerns. After being hesitant to use an online service that does not have a brick and mortar location, I truly am glad I used this company. The cabinets are high quality and a really outstanding value

Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt, measurements were exact, and customer service was superior. Highly recommend.
