Delivery fees are ridiculous
Delivery charges are a complete rip off. Having to pay a £20 delivery charge for £3.59 order is ridiculous! Whereas you can justify this for larger deliveries, I can’t see how this is justifiable for such a low order value!

We would like to use this opportunity to point out that, all kitchen orders made below £350.00 are subject to the same delivery charge of £20.00. All orders above £350.00 are subject to no delivery charge.This means that your order of 2 hinges is also subject to the same delivery charge as orders below £350.00. The delivery charge is not calculated based on the size of the order, but on the transport needed to be used to deliver your order.
We also offer all of our customers a cancellation 24 hours after the order is made, if they decide they are unhappy with our terms or decide that they no longer want the products. This would have also applied to your order, if you decided to cancel after receiving your invoice with the final price.

Excellent company to deal with.
It would have been a 5* as the units are excellent, but three doors were sent out with the wrong hinge hole positions.I emailed Kitchenin on a Sunday and got an almost immediate reply that they would sort out the problem which they have.A good company to deal with and i will defiantly use them again

We provided you with an email stating this delivery information on the 08/08/2022. Please be aware that this delivery date is only an estimate date not a guaranteed delivery date. We were not made aware that this delivery had not taken place on 14/09/2022 and therefore were not be able to provide further delivery information, it is a customers responsibility to notify us if they face any issues with delivery. Great service, happy with my order received
Ordered great price and service, immediate response on email. I was hesitant buying from a company with no phone number but kitchenin customer service was really great, emails were answered very promptly. An error was made on two of doors on my order and it was immediately sorted out. Won't hesitate to recommend or use again. Thanks kitchenin.

Needed to replace old kitchen plinth and wanted a decent quality. We haven't had it installed yet but it does seem good quality, very heavy. Good service.
