Excellent service from this company, ordered hinges one morning & they arrived the next morning, couldn't ask for more! I must give special praise to Josh who was so friendly & helpful when we realised we'd made an error in our order. He established what we needed to rectify the problem with patience & professionalism. The replacement parts were sent that day & we received them the next day.
We'll be needing some more hinges soon & won't hesitate to order from this company again & can highly recommend them.

Excellent service from these guys from the start. Found ‘almost’ what I was after on their easy to navigate website to match an old Ikea (Blum) drawer; gave them a call to establish if it was still available in a longer drawer than those shown on the website…answer was yes, so we sorted it there and then.
Slight issue with some pre-packed screws missing, but a short exchange of text and all sorted.

I don't understand some of the non 5* reviews here. TBH I'm surprised at the due deligence and duty of care Trade Hinges have for their customers. When I ordered hinges on the weekend, I was pleasantly surprised that that I received an email to check whether the hinges were right for my load. On responding back with the cupboard sizes and weights - I recieved another call back to ensure I hadn't ordered too many unit - suprising in the world of fast shipping, and buyer beware. Thank so much for the quality of service. I hope everything is ok when I receive the order. Thanks again

Really bad experience with this company.
Placed an order with them and we were missing parts from our order and they are not willing to fulfil their order. They also delivered an order to the wrong address. It is impossible to get hold of a manager and the staff are obstructive when it comes to getting details about the order or manager. I would avoid at all costs.

Had a 100% positive experience recently, buying Blum soft close overlay hinges, excellent and clear advice over the phone, plenty of patience and knowledge of both their stock and what I needed for a first time job with wardrobe door hinges. I recently rang the company to ask if I could return the hinges if they weren’t the right ones. I was told ‘yes’ and also told I would have to pay the return postage - fair enough. I ordered the hinges, they were the right ones, parcel delivered very quickly and well packaged. My phone call was dealt with efficiently and with a friendly manner. Very satisfied with product and service and would definitely recommend them.

Excellent. Already knew the Blum drawers are top quality but great price plus fantastic help on phone/email and then the packaging is best I have seen.
