Kitchenology, Penarth. The price of the oven was the same as other major online retail companies and the oven was delivered and fitted within days. Despite a slight problem with the kitchen unit into which it was to be fitted, part of the unit was taken away and trimmed then the oven properly fitted on the following day. Very friendly fitters and no extra charge despite extra work and two visits. I highly recommend Kitchenology.

The guy who served me was friendly and very helpful. Could choose my delivery day. They arranged to deliver at 10am and were on time. The delivery driver was great, took the tumble dryer upstairs for me. The whole process was great and would highly recommend this store in Penarth

Lovely local showroom , good service. Purchased a tumble dryer in the sale which was delivered free next day and the old one taken away.

Bought a new Neff double oven from Kitchenology to replace a similar oven which needed replacing after about 20 years of use. James dealt with the purchase excellently. Had to wait for delivery and fitting but it was worth it. Dealing with a local shop instead of a multi national was much better and more convenient and personal.

Mike and James were fantastic start to finish. Mike project managed the work from start to finish, his committment, reassurance and professionalism was outstanding throughout. Whilst there were a few hiccups, Mike reassured us, rectified and sorted as quickly as possible. Mike and James listened to what we wanted and designed the most amazing kitchen, which far exceeded our expectations. The workmen they had arranged upheld Kitchenology's good name, and again played their part in delivering a kitchen that we are proud to be in.
Both Mike and James kept us in the loop throughout, nothing was any trouble. What made our experience so good was that Mike covered everything, from the skip hiring, trades people, liaised with Cardiff Marble and everything else inbetween
Wouldnt go with anyone else for a kitchen in the future.

Bought a washing machine and dishwasher after having great advice from James. The appliances were ordered and fitted within 5 days and the old ones taken away . Both appliances were tested before the fitters left and they left no mess . Highly recommend

Very helpful and informative in the shop.
First two electricians were polite, unfortunately they did not have the right tools to adapt to fit in the hob.
Next day another electrician turned up, he was quite abrupt and rude, seemed as if he was in a rush.
Overall experience is very good, owner of the shop is excellent and very helpful. Would recommend the shop to buy your appliances
