I was very happy with your ordering service, you kept me in touch with where my order was from the moment I placed my request to the delivery service that was delivering.
I had ordered a Prestige 3 Saucepan set, unfortunately on this occasion the smallest saucepan wasn’t suitable for my gas hob.
I would definitely use your company again in the future & will recommend to family and friends.

Order arrived as expected and on time. Product excellent and outstanding value !

It is now 2 days since I placed an order, Idid not receive an order confirmation, so I am not able to track. Emailed company, they promised reply within 24 hours, nothing.
I find this totally unacceptable, and I advise others to think before they purchase from this company.
UPDATE I rang today 12th, I need to retract the 1 star, apparently for some reason that I do not fully understand reply emails were sent to my old email address which i no longer monitor, the order is being dispatched today.

Delivered promptly all seems good , hard for me to leave full review brought them for a Christmas present packaging looks very good quality am sure all will be good .

Although the product was good, the customer service was appalling. Multiple emails ignored after failing to apply the new customer discount - it seems that ‘stop communicating’ is their customer service strategy.

Fab company. Delivery was quick and item was well packaged. I did do an order with this company through a 3rd party site a few months ago and the item turned out to be out of stock. Kitchenware Express communicated with me through the whole process and refunded promptly

I purchased a set of pans at a heavily discounted cost. The pans are amazing the best I have ever used. The process for ordering and the follow up correspondence informing me of each stage from Kitchenware was excellent.

Replacement Meyer saucepan set to replace old and well used Meyer set. As luck would have it an offer on what I wanted so a very good price. Trackable delivery free too boot. What's not to like? Two days after order goods at door. Very pleased. Excellent quality items.
Will use again for future kitchen goods.
