This unprincipled and incompetent company has no regard to its contractual duties and is contemptuous of its customers.
I purchased an item unqualifed by restrictions for "next day" delivery. The company advised me that the parcel was "on the way" and I stayed in all next day only to have my time wasted.
The day after the failed delivery I sent an email (because the company never answers the telephone) to inquire about the status of the order as the only tracking information was a QR code and I do not have a smartphone. I was advised that delivery for the item was 3-5 days. Thus all the information provided hitherto was untrue.
I rescinded the contract and requested a refund and confirmation. Of course I never received confirmation but the parcel arrived out of the blue six days later when I just happened to be at home. Appalling!
When I commenced my order I was offered 5% discount only to be informed later that the offer did not apply to my purchase.
When I was completing the payment process the company solicited a tip with suggested amounts. This was at a time when I did not know what sort of service I would receive and in any case it not the industry norm. Gratuities are quite inappropriate in a contract for the sale of goods. Such unprofessional conduct was a signal that I was dealing with a third rate company and with hindsight I should have aborted the transaction and avoided a lot of inconvenience.

This company had the US top loader washer and tumble dryer that I couldn't find elsewhere. The machines arrived within 3 days and Chaji was on the phone and/or email whenever I had a question.
These machines are great quality and now installed working perfectly.
I would certainly recommend this company

The china is beautiful and the service was outstanding.
Two of the plates arrived damaged. I emailed the company on the Friday afternoon after hours and I received replacements on the following Tuesday.

Easy to navigate website and I liked that you were able to customise the amount rather than having to purchase a prescribed number of items in a boxed set

Original order was not fulfilled as incorrect item sent. When the incorrect item was to be collected 16th Dec the courier went to the wrong house so item not collected. Original order still not fulfilled.

I had terrible trouble getting my order delivered (delivery company fault) - Kitchway answered all communication swiftly and were always ready to help. When I finally got my delivery (glasses) some were smashed in transit. Kitchway arranged replacement swiftly.

Good quality product at a competitive price. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they forgot half the order, but as soon as I pointed out the mistake they sent me the rest of my order the next day !
