The optometrist was so through, way better than all the others I've been to this year. he did extra tests for my brain injury that other optometrists did not bother with.
also the customer service at the store is phenomenal, soo helpful !! Best eye glass picking out help I've received ever. and then the online customer service cause I entered my address in wrong..they were so helpful and followed up so proficiently!

I had a warranty request right at the expiry of the warranty period. The KITS customer agent showed empathy and flexibility, and solved my problem to my satisfaction, which was a full replacement of the glasses that broke.

My Jasmina glasses were no longer fitting properly and he offered me a replacement for a low price. I know the glasses were purchased July 2022 but I wish they would have been free to replace.

My new glasses were beautiful, and my distance vision was perfect, but I wasn’t able to read while wearing them unless I lifted them up a bit, even though they are progressive lenses. I called Kits and Robert (ref #17468853) explained why I was struggling and guided me through the proper way to measure my OC and also my PD, while patiently answering all my questions. I was so impressed with the service I received due to Robert’s expertise. The glasses are now being returned to Kits with a free-return label and custom lenses will be put on the frames and mailed back to me. Thank you Robert for the fantastic customer service!

I bought a second pair of the same frames after they broke about 6 months after I had them. The new pair broke a month later in the same spot. I called and was offered a new pair or another pair of my choice. It was easy, simple and great customer service.
