I was skeptical about buying glasses online. I'm so glad I tried Kits. Easy great service and really fast shipping and the quality is as good if not better than an optical store and cheaper than Costco

I wrote a review about kits work, I ordered my glasses and paid in Toronto they said that you will receive the glasses in two days but after more than 3 weeks and many phone calls they said it sent by FedEx as night shipment from Vancouver Wearhouse, I cancelled my trip twice hopping to receive the package, but later I checked the FedEx tracking number ( given to me by Toronto Kits office ) and found the glasses package didn’t release to FedEx till now , this means a problem happened as lost glasses info or couldn’t make it in Vancouver , package not lost by FedEx , but FedEx didn’t receive it yet ???????!!!!
No one can tell me where is my glasses , If I not receive my glasses this week, I will ask for refund, and make glasses with other company

Top customer service! My glasses cracked at the frame edge and I called them. Without any further questions, they send me a replacement pair. The glasses itself is lightweight and elegant. High quality. I love their style at such a discounted price.

DO NOT USE YOUR INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY
I purchased a pair of glasses I paid part through my insurance and some of my own money and these glasses were no longer available so kits refunded my money and then told me they would give the money back to my insurance which they still have not. I have been waiting since January and they keep saying it's going to be done. DO NOT USE YOUR INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER....

I decided to buy online due to financial reasons and I was able to order 2 pairs for 103 bucks due to their buy one get one free promo, I had high hopes because there were good reviews. They eventually got delivered to me, and when I first opened one of them, the nose pad is literally detached and the screw is missing. I also took them out and wore them and both of them are very crooked. I usually dont like returning things because I find the returning process as such a hassle, but I think I'm going to be returning these. EDIT: They did replace both of them free of charge so I'm adding a star.

The scratch coating on the glasses appears to have an expiry date - I have ordered a pair and then they just were so scratched I couldn't see out of them about 6 months out. The customer service was great and they replaced them right away. But the glasses have again just lost their coating or something. Everytime I clean them they get more scratched and I can't even see out of them - in the last week they have gone from annoying to I can't wear them. I liked the style and customer service but won't be ordering from them again.

Shipping is extremely slow.
They don’t provide the insurance receipt until items ship. So I’ve spent $500 and I’m just waiting to claim it with my insurance. I’m still waiting for these glasses to ship.

Love my new frames! I used their 2 for 1 sale and my student insurance covered it aswell.

Had a mishap with shipping (it was taking longer than 10 days) but after I reached out to customer service my specs reached me 2 days later!

A problem occurred, but KITS.ca resolved it quickly

I had a problem with the checkout process on the KITS.ca website and was unable to complete my order properly.

What impressed me was how quickly KITS.ca responded and resolved the issue. Problems can happen with any website or transaction; what matters to me is how a company responds when something goes wrong.

In this case, KITS.ca dealt with the problem promptly and didn't turn a relatively simple issue into a prolonged customer-service ordeal.

That is the kind of customer service I appreciate.

For the price of the glasses, you get what you pay for. It’s not bad some glasses are better than others but some slide off my face. Customer service is great but I wouldn’t even put this into my insurance claims.

If you’re not getting your glasses from here you are MISSING OUT! Not only are their glasses fantastic quality and set at very reasonable prices - their customer service is quite frankly the best I’ve seen at any company hands down. My glasses didn’t meet the QA standards but instead of me waiting and wondering they reached out to keep me informed. I think every business can learn from this practice of strong communication. I will never purchase eyewear from anywhere else ever again!

The lenses on these glasses were so bad I did not use them for two years vision was foggy. Went with Kits because y insurance was directly connected to kits. Just received my new glasses and the difference is stunning same prescription CLEARLY worth the time to submit manual claim with insurance company. Wishing I had returned Kits glasses two years ago, thought that my 6+ prescription was the problem but apparently these lenses can be Clearly better!

Bait and switch scam where the company promised a speedy delivery to get the sale and then instantly updated to a week later and said delivery was on the way and couldn't be canceled. I am guessing this is a business tactic

Avoid KITS canada at all costs! I ordered brand-new designer YSL sunglasses as a special gift, but they shipped me a dirty, heavily worn pair of Michael Kors glasses instead. I noticed the mistake and contacted their customer service within 15 minutes of delivery to report the exact condition of the incorrect frames. They instructed me to return them, which I did. Now, a representative named James has emailed me refusing a refund, claiming the dirty glasses "don't match how products leave their warehouse" completely twisting my own honest, immediate description against me to cover up their warehouse or shipping error. They are holding my money hostage, refusing a cash refund, and trying to force me to take store credit. This is deceptive, predatory behavior and absolute gaslighting. I have frozen the payment through Klarna and will let the investigators handle this fraudulent merchant. Order #31952849.

The definition of over promising and under delivering while adding in a side of misleading and abstract pricing strategies and you've got classic late 2020s example of capitalism no longer serving the customer.

I just ordered my first glasses from KITS and I couldn`t be happier. I am not fond of paying the extremely high prices for glasses from the optometrist so I am always looking for options. KITS is a Canadian company so I really like this. Their selection is great with so many styles to choose from. The website was easy to navigate, I chose my frame and entered by prescription. I happened to stumble upon a BOGO sale and managed to obtain 2 pairs of very stylish glasses for far less that I have paid for just one pair at the optometrist. This is a win win. Once I checked out I received an email confirming my order...not long thereafter they sent another email stating they were working on my order. The glasses were shipped so quickly, I ordered on the 24th of June and received them on the 30th of June. That is less than a week! The prescription is perfect in both pairs that I ordered. This is great customer service and the quality of the frames and lenses is excellent. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with KITS. My prescription lenses were absolutely perfect, and the quality of the glasses exceeded my expectations. When I had an issue with the fit of one of my frames, their customer service was outstanding. They responded quickly, answered all of my questions and completely warranted the frame without any hassle. It’s refreshing to find a company that truly stands behind its products and takes such good care of its customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend KITS to anyone looking for quality eyewear backed by exceptional customer service.

Already getting the runaround on the contact lenses I ordered. Getting the ole 1-3 days after paying for express shipping. 3 days later now getting the same answer 1-3 days. Putting money on the fact in another 3 days it's going to be 1-3 days. Starting to look like a scam site.

I wish they had review in negative. What a pathetic service. I got the glasses who lens were awful so wanted to return them. The win back team sent me an email stating they will send me a new pair just pick the frame and color. I did receive an email for the new glasses with a receipt stating zero dollars paid with voucher. When I did not receive my glasses I contacted them and then they said there is a $60 charge and my order is on hold. They give a misleading information to rip off the customers. Don’t fall in their trap and never order from KITS.
