Had a couple bumps with my order at first, but the KITS team totally made up for it. They were patient, quick to fix issues, and even replaced frames that didn’t work for me—no hassle, no extra cost. Shipping was fast, the glasses are stylish and well-made, and the customer service is seriously next level. Definitely sticking with them for my next pairs!

This was my first time ordering from Kits.ca and I was blown away by them. I love plastic frames but they slip off my face, so I was pleasantly surprised to see they had a pair with an adjustable nose piece. When I ordered them they arrived in 2 day, which is unheard of where I live (Yellowknife, NT). Unfortunately I messed up my prescription, but the customer service folks were so fantastic and replied to me in less than 24 hours, I had my new pair in no time at all. They are a phenomenal company and I will most definitely order from them again!

I recently ordered four pairs of glasses from KITS, and while I loved the look and quality, I realized after they arrived that three of them had nose rests that didn’t work well for me. It was a bit hard to tell during the ordering process that they had the kind of nose pieces that can tangle in your hair — especially if, like me, you sometimes push your glasses up on top of your head to hold your hair back.
I mentioned this to KITS, and their response was amazing. They completely understood what I was talking about and immediately sent out three replacement pairs with the nose rest style I prefer — no questions asked, no extra charges. I had the new pairs within a day and a half!

It's rare to find a company with this level of customer care. The glasses are stylish, comfortable, and now perfect for my needs. I’m extremely happy with both the products and the service. Highly recommend KITS to anyone looking for great eyewear and exceptional support!

This is my first time ordering Glasses, i had some questions about high index lenses, which were answered and sorted very quickly by the customer service team. They helped complete my order and the glasses arrived within the time period they promised and I am thrilled, the best experience around, by far :)

Kits.ca really shocked me 😳. With all the chaos happening and especially online nowadays … I was skeptical, but I was intrigued by the Kits.ca eyeglasses for Canadians 🇨🇦 offer. At best, I expected to possibly and maybe eventually get what I had paid for (which was little). However, it was truly amazing! Despite my very demanding eye prescription, Kits.ca built stylish eyeglasses that bring me joy😸. In fact, I was so satisfied that I have already ordered the prescription sunglasses to match. I have always wanted sharp-looking sunglasses and Kits.ca has made it an affordable reality. Is terrible Customer service! Raises the price at checkout, hidden fees. Charges an extra $27 for giving you a discount. That's right bait and switch by Kits contacts and glasses. Finally, they will not have contacts in stock because of their Ponzi scheme so you will wait weeks to get your Kits order.

Good prices on contact lenses, plus a surprisingly quick delivery - I received my lenses just four days after ordering them.

This was my first purchase from Kits, and I am impressed! My glasses arrived quickly, fit perfectly, and the style is exactly what I was looking for. I’m especially impressed by the quality, they feel well-made and durable. They also did a great job with my reading prescription, everything is crystal clear. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I ordered 2 pairs of very stylish glasses for a fraction of the price! On one of the pairs I mistakenly ordered distance when I needed reading. The customer service was amazing! I was able to upgrade my order very easily and again at a great value. I'm so impressed.

I didn't have to wait long to speak to a customer service representative. They were very kind and helpful. I wasn't even aware that I had the choice of keeping the glasses I wanted to return and ordering another pair for the same value at no cost! Glasses are shipped promptly, and they seem to be of good quality.

I ordered 24 days ago and still don’t have my glasses. They lost the first order and said they were shipping the replacement order rush delivery. Unfortunately they used the shipper UniUni and I have little confidence about receiving my glasses any time soon.

the glasses I've received are great value and great quality. (the Gleam glasses I got look and feel great)
and if something goes wrong with the order, the customer service team will make it right. oh, even the delivery was quicker than expected.
I have no reservations to strongly recommend.
